Cinnabalance – Liquid Cinnamon Supplement w/ Cinnamon Bark, Aloe Vera, Ginger Root, Green Tea & Antioxidants - 32 oz, 32 servings

I can't swallow pills, but I enjoy daily supplements (I am one of those people who think we need more supplements because modern industrial farming is producing foods that have fewer nutrients). This combination makes me a perfect customer for liquid nutrient suppliers, and that is okay with me. So far I really enjoy Tropical Oasis' blends, and I am working my way through their products. CinnaBalance will be a staple in my home now.I bought CinnaBalance because I like everything in the ingredient list (kelp, cinnamon, berry extracts, ginger, green tea, etc.) and I wanted to take a portion everyday. So I drink some every morning, by adding it to my gym water bottle. It tastes like cinnamon and isn't too sweet.Most mornings I go to the gym, and my 20oz water bottle contains 1-2oz CinnaBalance, ~8oz red raspberry leaf tea (it works wonders for my menstrual cramps), then top off with water. I sip this blend as I get thirsty, and I drink all 20oz before I leave the gym. Afterwards I have a snack at home, but I am not ravenous. A lot of my recent weight gain has been appetite related; simply being hungry when bored, or knowingly over eating. Drinking CinnaBalance with my water has made a huge difference in my appetite, it's just what I wanted. For the record, I don't have glucose issues, so I cannot speak to those effects.My only complaint is the packaging. When I grab the bottle from the fridge I almost drop it because my hand grips the plastic sleeve, and the bottle slips out of the sleeve. I fixed this slippage with some average transparent tape. I made a stirrup for the bottle, and now the sleeve stays put. Simple fix -yes, but it would be nice if customers didn't need to improve the packaging at home. Otherwise, great product, I love this formula.

I am a "super taster" so a lot of things that taste good to other people do not taste good to me because I taste flavors more intensely. However, this Cinnabalance tastes great and makes it really easy for me to drink it down. I have been taking cinnamon capsules for a long time, but as I've gotten older it has gotten harder for me to swallow bigger pills. Therefore, this liquid version is a great alternative, although it is much more expensive than the cinnamon pills

I use this product to help balance my type 2 diabetes. It was recommended that I take cinnamon but I could only find the pills. I really didn't want to add another pill to my routine. I found this product from a company in Maine and decided to try it. It is easy to take, tastes good and has helped to control my sugar levels. When the company in Maine stopped carrying it I panicked. Amazon to the rescue. Thank you for carrying this great product.

I've been using this supplement for the past 2 years for help with (prediabetic) blood sugar control. While not for everyone, I do find that, as an adjunct to carb control, weight loss, and exercise, Cinnabalance has helped me feel better. Just make sure you vigorously shake the bottle each time before opening -- otherwise, you won't be getting the advantage of the cinnamon bark, which tends to pool at the bottom of the bottle. My only "con" is that the price has been fluctuating wildly lately, however, I'll keep ordering anyway.

I ran out of my diabetic pills, my insurance company wanted me to go through a mailing subscription pharmacy because of the price. So out of rebellion I quit taking my insulin shots as well. It was about a month till I had a doctor's appointment, I was taking 2T of Tropical Oasis Cinnabalance every morning for thst month instead of everything else that I should of been taking. The day of my doctor's visit, they got blood out of my finger and took my vitals. About 20 mins past and the doctor came in and looked at me and asked me what I was doing different. I'm expecting flames od fire coming out of her when I told her that I ran out of pills as had quit giving myself shots, she looked at me me and said what else have you been doing, that's when I handed her the wrapping off one of the bottles of Tropical Oasis Cinnabalance. After she read it plus the fact that told her that I've been prayed over and we both claimed a healing of diabetes. She told me not to take anymore insulin shots but to continue on the pills that she would go through to get for me. And to continue to take the 2T of Cinnabalance. And she would see me in 6 months. Since then I received the blood work from her and every thing was back to normal even my kidneys where functioning normal. The 1st time she saw me in the hospital my blood sugar was up over 500, I had to have my pastor to take me to the ER because I couldn't see, everything was a blur. That was back in April. Now it's June 20th 2016, my blood sugar is still a wee bit high at 131 and this seems to be normal for me. I have never eaten lunch much just because I'm not hungry and I have limited my dinner intake so before dinner I check my blood and just in the upper 90's is usually what I am. I try not to snack and if I do it's usually a couple of thin slices of swiss cheese which helps with some of the side effect of the insulin pills.

Grossly misleading. If you go on their website they say the items are served in a glass bottle so there is no leaching into the plastic. How did it arrive? In plastic bottles. On here, it lists stevia last. On the bottle, there is more Stevia than Aloe Vera! Here are the REAL ingredient order: Cinnamon bark extract, cranberry extract, ginger root extract, STEVIA...... Also, their website DOES say that things are cold pressed, so maybe having the bottles in plastic isn't a problem, assuming that once they have already used untruthful information about their packaging, you believe the cold pressed claim.I will be going back to CEYLON ORGANIC cinnamon supplements. I wanted to take a liquid because sometimes I get a phobia of swallowing capsules where my throat tightens up at the thought, but I'd still rather take a supplement that at least I have confidence in than this!
