Delicious. Can’t really tell the difference in taste from a wheat pasta. The texture is a little mushier and I found it didn’t take as long as the package said to boil it. So just plan on boiling for a couple minutes less than recommended and it will be fine.

This is pure millet pasta. Other pastas that say they are millet are actually more rice flour than anything else. And this tastes so much better. You don't need to cook it as long as it says, and I'd rinse it once it's finished. Keep the water at a good, rapid boil and stir it for the first few minutes, so that it doesn't clump. Wish the price wasn't quite so high, but that 's for everything nowadays. I've used it in soups (put in raw and let the liquid soak in overnight) and regular pastas.

Wow am i happy to have found this!!Way better than rice capellini..I love thats its very thin like angel hair and reminds me of wheat but its not!!Its also better on blood sugar.....Gonna stock up on this!

They stick together sometimes but apart from that no gripes! Tastes delicious!

We’re are trying to go lectin free and this is a great option when you’re hungry for pasta. I didn’t notice any difference in taste or texture! This is the first alternate to typical pasta that I have enjoyed.

This tastes OK. It looks good when you’re serving it, kind of a bland taste and it gets really sticky and gummy. It does not reheat well it just turns into mush. The sorghum pasta by this company is much better tasting even though the color is kind of odd.

Love this product. It cooks and has texture like wheat pasta but I can have it on the Plant Paradox program and it tastes really good. Most of the products I've tried are inedible. This is delicious! Thank you for making this wonderful product. I can have pasta again. I even shared it with my friends and they can't tell the difference.
