Great product, have used this suppliment for years.
I have been using these vitamins for years now, They are great. I love that they are a whole food and they have a ton of other healthy ingredients. The pills are solid and a bit large, but so far for me it is doable. I can take these on an empty stomach because it is a whole food it does not bother me like other vitamins did.

Good product
I had been looking for a vitamin D that works for me, because all the brands that I have tried give me pain in my joints especially arms, shoulders and thighs. This one didn’t caused me any pain. I think is an ingredient in the other ones that was causing me pain problems. This one seems more natural and haven’t had any problem up to now.

Double check the dosage
I love this product, but the last couple of times I have ordered, they switched me from 1000 IU to 5000 IU depending on whether I ordered 60 or 90. I take two capsules a day and didn't catch the mistake I made. I have been taking 10,000 IU instead of 2000 IU. My D levels should be sky high.

Works As Advertised
This item works like a dream. The seller was courteous, sent the item out extremely fast, and it came to me in no time. It is exactly what I was looking for as far as natural vitamins go. As the world knows, mass produce vitamins often have all the negative dangerous items within it that would negate the positives that a vitamin would have.

Amazing!!!
Wonderful product! I owe my light and easy CODIV. I mega dosed on it when I had COVID so it really was effective. I am someone who gets very severe colds and flu but this product made a huge difference. I also love the vegan capsules, I can open them and take tiny amounts to add to my pet rats' food to boost their immunity too.
