RSP Vegan AminoLean – All-in-One Natural Pre Workout, Amino Energy, Weight Management with BCAAs, Complete Vegan Preworkout Powder, Pineapple Coconut

I find this to be a really great option that is better tasting than many of the ones I've seen in major stores yet it has of course a tropical pineapple vibe so you better be interested and like this flavor! Pineapple tends to make your tongue/mouth sore after a long time of being exposed to the enzymes and while this isn't the same, I do tend to notice a bit of that feeling after I've been drinking this for a few minutes but its tolerable and not an issue - just thought I'd mention in case you are super sensitive or whatever or if you really don't like pineapple. I also personally wish they didn't add as much stevia leaf due to how this alternative always creates an odd flavor to me and I don't prefer things too sweet. The flavor overall is a subtle/impactful enough pineapple that isn't way too sweet, I just wish it was even less sweet and more neutral in that flavor compartment. Sorry I also didn't include a photo because it looks exactly as pictured and it is a finely grained light pale yellow powder that you take 2 scoops of and shake in water to use, recommended prior to a work out but it says you can also use it any time like in the morning or after a workout - it also mentions not to take more than 6 scoops (3 servings, which is 2 scoops a piece) in a 24-hour period so please be aware of this and don't overdo it. I have not had it for long and I tend to use just 2 scoops (1 serving) prior to working out but I aim to try having this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and seeing if I notice any increased energy or effects. When I have had it as a prework out I have not noticed being jittery and I do feel like I have energy/focus during the workout so I will believe it's doing what it claims! Overallk, it is astounding and so appreciated that they don't add sugar and a bunch of other horrible ingredients to this, such a rarity! The ingredients in here seem all very impressive and healthy, like the fact they have a Weight Management and Energy/Focus Blend on top of the aminos, including green tea, CLA, coffee, matcha, etc, is so awesome and worth the money and how this works in conjunction with being a multifunctional energy, weight, and mental amino acid preworkout or recovery option! I'm not sure if it would necessarily replace other versions of those supplements but I'm assuming it would nicely supplement your routine ;) Sincerely, grateful I discovered this company and I value that they pride themselves on quality ingredients and being filler/sugar free - in the health/active world this should be the expected norm and yet it isn't which is shocking so truly, fantastic option and suggest you try! I hope they'll create just a green tea/matcha flavored version because I'd rather have that than anything sour or too sugary but guess I'll stick with this for now and we'll wait and see!

If you’re looking for a clean amino energy supplement, this is the one. The pineapple coconut flavor is light, refreshing, and not overly sweet—perfect for sipping before or during a workout. I love that it gives me a nice boost of energy and focus without the jitters or crash you’d get from other pre-workouts. It mixes easily, tastes great, and feels clean every time. Definitely my go-to for daily workouts and a great option if you want something that supports both energy and recovery.

I’ve loved amino energy and amino lean, then they made it vegan! I so appreciate the whole-health approach!! The flavor has been good and not super fake/overwhelming, it mixes easy in water, I use it as a preworkout because it doesn’t cause jitters or crash... AND NO FACE TINGLING. I love the energy it brings to push a workout, then I come home and the lean part helps me not want to undo my hard work by inhaling whatever I have in my fridge. I can fuel properly and the cycle continues.

As a busy mom of 5, I was looking for an energy boost in the morning but dislike the effects caffein has on my body. I found this product and thought it was a good price for the amount you receive compared to similar items. I really liked that it has no artificial sweeteners. Perfect for a frugal mom who wants to justify using this instead of the cheaper option of coffee. I am still using this AminoLean because not only does it give me a good energy boost without the effects of caffein, but it also tastes great! I was a bit hesitant to try it at first, worried it would be chalky or have an odd aftertaste like other brands I have tried. However, it tastes amazing--not chalky, no aftertaste, and the flavor itself is just enough without being overwhelming. I use this every morning and I'm so glad I gave it a try!

I bought this because of the supposed more-natural ingredients compared to the Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy that I've used the past few years. After about a month of using this, here are my thoughts: 1. The resulting energy and focus seem to be similar to the ON brand 2. Pricing is similar but a few less servings in this compared to ON 3. Healthier (and fewer) ingredients than ON 4. Fewer flavors to choose from and the ones they do have seem a bit strange to me. Does anybody ever buy Cucumber Lemon? That doesn't even sound good! 5. I bought the Pineapple Coconut flavor and think it tastes more like sock water! This is probably related to the more natural ingredient list with fewer sweeteners and food colorings. 6. It does not stain my countertops if it spills unlike the ON brand. This is what really started me thinking about trying out some alternatives. After all, if it stains a countertop, what can it be doing to your insides? BOTTOM LINE: All in all, it's very comparable to ON for results. If you can get by the taste, go for it. Maybe you'll like it but I don't plan to re-order it again myself and will look at other options next time.

I have tried Amino Lean pre workout in the past and I liked them. I was excited to try the pineapple coconut flavor but I am highly disappointed. The taste is awful, very artificial taste and doesn’t blend well. I feel like it’s money down the drain.

I am in love with this pineapple coconut flavor!! It tastes so good, mixes well, and gives me a bump in energy but nothing extreme- no jitters or anything. Put it on auto ship, it's that yummy!
