Great bread

Not sure what this is…first loaves were great…last two look like this. Is it safe?

Easy to bake and delicious to eat. I like to keep several pkgs on hand for sudden cravings for warm sourdough bread.

The best thing I can say about this bread is the packaging. It lasts for months at room temperature before you warm it up. It doesn't taste very sour, sourdough. Sourdough is often a dense bread, but this is too dense. It's not that the bread is bad, it's just not anything special. I would rather have ordered just one loaf, but one loaf is priced 3x more than the individual cost of the 16 count case.If I was served this, and not told it was sourdough I wouldn't have guessed it was.

I BOUGHT A CASE OF SOURDOUGH AND A CASE OF ROSEMARY BREAD; I LOVE THEM BOTH. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE FRESH BAKED BREAD OUT OF THE OVEN WITH A SPLASH OF MELTED BUTTER OR OLIVE OIL. A LITTLE GOAT'S CHEESE ON TOP AND YOU'RE SET! I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE THIS BREAD; I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT!

I moved from CA to TN 4 years ago and could not find genuine sourdough until I found this bread. I can literally make a meal of just this bread with butter!! Delicious!

Great bread and so easy to prepare. I freeze them and take out when I need fresh bread. Although I bake other breads this save to fuss of having sour dough starter around. I love it.
