Great Razor! Because of the power feature it gives a close shave.

I have been using the Fusion razors since they came out, Mach 3 before that, and probably whatever fancy Gillette razor preceded that one. I have several earlier versions of the Fusion, but wanted one more for my travel kit. This one shaves just as well as the others (same excellent blade), but the user experience is a dramatic step down from previous versions. This handle is entirely plastic where the older ones were partly metal, and its girth compared to the previous ones I own is like using a fat magic marker (this one) rather than a Blackwing pencil or favorite ball point pen (my previous Fusion handles). Or maybe like playing with DUPLO blocks versus regular LEGOs. Or like the look of a sports car vs. a Ford Econoline van. (I'm exaggerating some. The Magic Marker vs. Blackwing pencil analogy is the most apt.) In summary: this razor handle is disappointing. It's light, unbalance, unwieldy, and much less of a 'top shelf' feeling product. All that said, Gillette still makes the blades that both gently and most effectively shave my particular face.

This is one of the best razors out there for 10 bucks! Battery powered so it runs like an electric razor, shaves that much better. A guest took the one I used to have and I finally got myself a new one and I love it. The new one comes with the AAA battery needed and 1 razor head. The replacement razors are a bit pricy, but that’s true for all decent razors these days. This is my #1
