We've had the same bed, but in a larger size, for our small, mixed breed dog for several years. Our dog loves his new 24 x 24 size, too. I took a bit of padding out for a couple weeks, until it settled a bit, then put it back in.

I did have to take some stuffing out because the bed was too tall for my little dog, but that is my fault for not actually measuring how tall it would be compared to her height. She loves the bed and I can always had the other stuffing back in later. My Velcro dog actually chooses to sleep in this bed instead of sitting with me now. I am pretty sure she loves that she sinks in when she lays in it. She will even run and jump into the bed to lie down. My old puppy is happy so I am happy.

After using a bean bag chair that my orange tabby cat adopted as his own cat bed, I decided enough was enough- it was time to upgrade to a real cat bed. Not only one that looks more aesthetically pleasing at the foot of my bed but also one that my orange cat would love even more. Well, it was the best purchase I think I could have made for him. He’s a biscuit making machine in that thing before any nap and he can be found lounging in it at almost anytime of day. I’ve only vacuumed it up to clean it but I’m sure throwing it in the wash is as easy as unzipping the cover off. I like its boxy shape that adds more height, allowing more of a cushioning of fluff between them and the floor. We’ve had this bed since December 2019.

I've been gettin ghtese for my pups for years, but this is the first time I ordered from Amazon. They were cheaper here. They are also made taller now. I would guess the height of the previous version at 8 inches or so. Now they are 12 inches high. My dogs were put off by this for a week but got used to it.

My dogs love this bed. However the fabric sheds too much. My washer and dryer get covered with the fibers and needs to be wiped down after use. Why doesn’t K&H use a higher quality fabric?

I purchased both sizes. Both are hits with various small dogs at my house.I think they look good. A good value for the price. Easy to remove covers for washing.I especially like compact size of the small cube. The small Cuddle Cube actually stands taller than the larger one. Tiny dog & the old dog seem to prefer the larger cube — easier to climb up on it. Photo is the small cube.
