Wonderful product

Product looks sleek. The absence of brand DELSY on the product creates a doubt. Pl clarify

I have been using it for a year and it is ok so far. A few scratches around the edges. The wheels and zip are good. Distinctive colour makes it easy to pick up on the conveyor belt.

Very bad experience, I had to travel that is why i urgently orfderd 2 of them, Surprisingly there is no handle on vertical side only the handle to drag the bag, nothing to hold it.I had to use it as i was on urgent travel, but very difficult and uneasy to carry.

Bought this with high expectations but after using for almost 2 weeks found to be an average product. Reaching back found that one corner was crumpled a bit which might have happened during handling by airport staff. Likewise, strongly feel this to be a Duplicate Product as there is no logo or writing on the handles as well as on the zips which is a surprise ad have been using another one bought from overseas and is in perfect shape except for the age which again is understandable. Don’t strongly recommend this product even if it is for a lower price

Though the bag is very good, perfect size and very lightweight, the handle is stuck and we are unable to retract it . Pl let me know where I can get service for this product as it is under warranty supposedly
