I love this brand in general very high-quality ingredients. This always helps me if I feel a UTI coming on and it stops it from completely taking over. Got this to upgrade cranberry intake. I have interstitial cystitis, and other health issues. I have suffered since 1994, This helps -- otherwise I would be in constant pain, anguish, having to have painful instillations!! I've avoided that for years now!! I thoroughly believe in the Solaray line of supplements!!

I have suffered from UTI's since the age of 15. I've had so many UTI's and many many doctor visits. I would typically get recurrent UTI's every 2-3 months and have to call my doctor. It was starting to get embarrassing to me because I did EVERYTHING in my power to prevent UTI's. I've been using this product for several months as part of my regimen to reduce the frequency of UTI's. I believe it is helping. They aren't completely gone but I've definitely had fewer episodes.
