I thought there was no way this would work and I was wrong. Sprayed on, let sit for a 4 minutes, went over my wheels quickly with a brush and then rinsed off with a garden hose. It cleaned all the inner brake dust, grime, etc from the wheel. Wheels look like new! My wheels are sort of a complicated shape. Areas that I missed with the brush and or hose (hard to reach parts) still had crud but the crud easily wiped off with a rag. Maybe if I had a power washer, I wouldn't experience this minor detail Yes it is expensive but if you want great results - this is what you want. Yes it smells sort of weird, not like it is a terrible smell. Worth it!

My car wheels were covered in brake dust and we're a nightmare to clean. This cleaner was very easy to use and cleaned all that dirt and debris in less than 30mins from start to finish.

After trying several wheel cleaners and spending countless hours over the years scrubbing grime and brake dust from my various European and American cars, I discovered this Sonax cleaner, and I can tell you, it is fantastic! Not only does it do a great job of removing all the schmutz, but it seems to leave a finish that is less prone to the recurrence of contaminants. This is a great product that I will continue to purchase.

I saw this being offered in the gift shop of the Petersen’s and was curious about the brand. (I was unable to purchase as I was traveling home and had limited room in my suitcase, but decided to look into the products once I was home.) My wheels get quite dirty from brakes and regular car wash products don’t always work as well. The instructions are easy to follow and the product works very well. I didn’t have to do too much work to work loose some trickier areas where it needed some help to break the grime up. I would not say the smell is very pleasant but it’s not the worst scent. (It does go away eventually.)

This stuff works really well but the odor is horrible before you rinse it off your wheels.!

The regular Sonax works well, the Beast Sonax works better, and this... Well, works the best. Go figure. I hate cleaning wheels with a rags, brushes, gloves, fingers, this is exactly what I've always wanted, spray it, let it do its' this for a few minutes and just plain old garden hose it off. Ok, if the dust is caked on it might need a tiny bit of light rubbing, but for normal and even heavy amounts it just washes off. It's expensive, but if it works, ill throw $25 their way. Better than spending $15 and still have to bend over and play Cinderella 4 times

This is a five star product, but it gets three stars strictly for the price. It does work well, but there are other products out there for $10 a bottle that work just as well .

I understand that this is pretty expensive stuff and I was hesitant at first. I had discussions with people that have used it before and they swear by it. I'm of the old school where my dad used a certain product and since he used it, it has to be good. Well, what my dad used to use compared to this stuff, it blows it out of the water completely. Depending on the wheel you may only get one use out of it. I have two cars, one took the whole bottle and the other only half of a bottle. I only deep clean/detail my wheels only twice a year because I use another product that repels brake dust and other nasty things. If you can afford it, go for it...if other products have let you down, then this is a must try!
