Extremely easy to install. Didn’t even need to close the toilet valve. Slipped off one side of the old flap and moved it over slightly as I put on one side of the new flap. Did the same with the other side and it was on. I counted the number of loops in the chain of the existing old flapper so the length would match up. Removed the old chain and clipped on the new. Amazed. First time doing this. The best part was it works. Only suggestion is make sure you buy the correct size flapper comes in 2” and 3” and read the back of the package to turn the dial to the correct air hole for your toilet as instructed.

Order and installed 3 of this model 3 months ago in May for normal home use. Suppose to be long lasting and were installed correctly. However, the material soon distorted where at the chain connection and began leaking.
