Subject: Great hiking waist bag
This is an excellent hiking and travel waist bag. It is ideal for a day hike since it has decent pockets and still doesn't feel bulky or too heavy. Basically it's comfortable to wear. I found the material to be thick and good quality and the stitching is nicely done too. So I am liking the quality. It will also come hand for traveling through airports as it can easily fit most of the stuff like passport, phone, boarding passes, etc. I like the side pockets. That's a clever way of adding more carrying space if needed. Overall I love this fanny pack and definitely recommend!

REALLY pleased with this pack
I wanted a small hip pack for shorter hikes. Looked at the offerings at Amazon and settled on this one. So glad I did! I LOVE it! It has everything I want in a pack. When it arrived and I opened the package, I thought it looked really, really small. But it is well thought out. The pack compartments are big enough and are easy to access. The weight is well distributed. The holder for the bottle has somewhat rigid sides making it easy to take out and put in a water bottle. There is just the right amount of padding. The two small side pockets are a big plus. The belt strap is a comfortable width. The buckle is a good quality. It sits perfectly on the hips. Even the color combo is nice. It's hard to find something that's "just right" but this little pack is definitely "just right."

Fantastic fanny/hip pack with 1 design flaw
This pack is an excellent value and I love it except I noticed one design flaw. The zipper to close the pack closes in the direction of the water bottle once you have it inserted which makes it difficult to close all the way once you have your water bottle inserted into the pack. I've got a Columbia Titanium hip pack that is tremendous but it only has one zippered pocket on the strap that goes around your waist. I bought this pack because it has 2 zippered pockets on the strap that goes around your waist. If the manufacturer of this pack would design the pack to open AWAY from the water bottle compartment, this would be a perfect pack. The build quality and materials of this pack are excellent and I wear it every other day when I go hiking.

Very comfortable; great storage design!
I have a closet full of pouches, fanny packs and backpacks! I don't use most of them because of design quirks, poor materials or bad quality. This product works! It is lightweight and surprisingly comfortable for such a substantial waist pouch! Unlike other pouches with just a waist strap, the padding on the back side acts as a real cushion against my body and makes a difference re: comfort! Each storage compartment is easy to access, easy to open/close and has just enough room for what I want to carry! (Hint: It functions as a very capable concealed carry solution too!). My only issue is with the bottle carrier. If I carry a full size 17oz water bottle, the bottle angles away from my body a bit. That makes it a bit easier to remove and re-insert it but I'd prefer it be more upright. The bottle does stay tight in it's pocket, though. With this pouch I can store items inside many pockets without adding bulk. I can also attach things like keys or an ID tag to outside loops. This is now my 'go-to' pouch for exercise walking!

Its ok
Decent fanny pack. Plenty of room for stuff. The bottle holder is small and the straps do not stay tight.

Love it!
Hiking - 10/10 Biking - 10/10 I've been on a couple 5-7 mile hikes in rough terrain with this fanny pack. It did not slip up my waist as many past packs have done. When it was full, the water bottle did hang fairly far away from my body and bounce against me as I walked because the bottle holder in the fanny pack isn't that deep and the bottle was fairly tall, but it showed no sign of falling out as I was scrambling over rocks and climbing switchbacks as you are able to tighten multiple straps to keep that from happening. The pack has multiple pockets. I went hiking alone and brought my wallet, phone, keys, two granola bars, water bottle, and a small self-defense pistol and everything fit in it perfectly. I wore a crop top once, and the mesh didn't feel abrasive against my skin. As for biking, this fanny pack works just fine for that too. I have a water bottle holder on my bike, so I put one water bottle in there and one in the fanny pack holder, and I feel pretty set with hydration. Again, it didn't ride up, and I was easily able to fit some allen keys, personal effects, extra deodorant, a snack, etc. I do have a hybrid bike where I sit fairly upright, so this pack did not dig into my stomach or sides at any point, but I couldn't speak for anyone with a bike where the seat is level with the handlebars.

How did I live without this!!!
Wow! I hardly write reviews in today’s busy world, but just had to for this one: Flying with THREE small kids sounds hard, but it’s even harder when you actually do it. I have been so sick of needing a pacifier, wet wipes, snacks, a spare diaper, WATER AND MILK, toys, boarding passes, and 5 passports all at the same time with 3 crying kids in the middle of a packed airplane. Since airlines force you to stow away all bags during take off and landing, I realized this fanny pack is a God send, and with the quality of Aquatic Way, this is a no brainer over all the cheap copycat products on amazon. This is also perfect for my elderly dad who travels monthly by plane. He’s one of those folks who always seems to have a loaded carry on with everything you can think of, so I know this will help him too! I think this would work as a jogging pack too but haven’t tried it for that yet. The only suggestion I would make is to have the pack all gray without any blue so it looks more subtle, but that’s irrelevant for how useful it is, since the quality and feel supersedes anything for us. if you get this you will not be disappointed!

The fanny pack is ok but and a good size, however the bottle holder flops around when you have a bottle in it. It's actually quite annoying that the bottle doesn't feel secure.
