It appears to be well made and comfortable. I would have preferred the length of the material the hoop is on to have been fractionally longer, ie, further away from the dog's neck.

This product is very comfy for my puppy. Fits ok. Easy to put on. And sturdy.

Couldn't give it more stars and I feel a bit mean but it didn't fit my dog. I have, however, decided that it's not a problem with the harness but my dogs odd shape! She is a Chihuahua Jack Russell cross, broad across the beam with a thin neck and tiny head. I have tried several harnesses and all have the same problem - if they fit around the chest they are too big around the neck, if they fit the neck they won't go around the chest. And she is a little Houdini and can wriggle out of an ill fitting harness! (I have tried adjustable ones but the proportions still aren't right).
