This form of iron absorbs well and you improve fast; and it also stays in your body to be utilized (please research), but it is gentle on the stomach and works well.

These are not coated, so even though they are small, I can't bring myself to swallow them. They taste like iron, which reminds me of the taste of blood. It's hard to get rid of that disgusting taste even if you swallow these down as fast as possible. I haven't used up much of the bottle, but I'm giving up on them and getting some encapsulated iron!
