I've done my research and found this to be a very good product. While I eat well, I still like to supplement my selenium. I can tell when I don't take it, you just know. You don't need a lot and many other makers put too much in their pills. Too much can be a bad thing. 100 mcg is sufficient if you eat veggies with selenium in it. Blue Bonnet is a good brand, it's ranked how on testing levels and that speaks volumes. I'll buy again.

I read Selenium is supposed to support Thyroid med therapy. I sure hope so!
