Great price and functions well. Fit our central vac hose perfectly.

Had an old Beam one that came with the central vac. It worked great, but I lost it when we stopped giving a crap about the floor after 10 years of kids and dogs destroying it. I had the floors redone, and I need something gentle for the next 30 days while the floor fully cures. So, after wasting 2 hours looking for it, I just ordered this one. Pretty sure it's exactly the same as the one I had, only in black. The horse hair is nice and gentle on the floor, and the front bristles are a little shorter so there's a gap for dirt to go under so you're not just pushing dirt all over the floor. It works WAY better than a dyson stick vac. The suction is great. I wish it was wider, but that would negatively affect suction. If I can find a wider one that's as nice as this one then I will probably try it. Although this one is pretty fast, I did about 1700 sq ft in around 20 mins with it. Also, if you are using a central vac, one of the best things you can get is a hose sock. It's a cloth sock that goes over the whole hose so you're not scratching up walls and floors when you drag the hose around. I HIGHLY recommend getting one of these. Get one that comes with a cardboard tube to stretch it over for installation, it makes it very easy.

This floor brush is great

I bought this as an additional attachment for my Eureka NEN170 because Amazon put it together with the vacuum as a package deal. It is advertised as a "universal" attachment for Eureka but it does not fit the NEN170. Luckily by chance it does fit my older canister vacuum with a little tweaking. My point of this post is to say make sure you measure first and don't just assume like I did. I like the piece and it works fine so I gave it 5 stars.

Good timing and good items

It fit perfectly on the vacuum tube, provides strong suction, and appears to be of excellent quality.

Product is very good and as advertised.

The brush is good. If the metal section is wrong (inside vs outside connection), you can heat the rubber with a hair dryer, and gently lever it out. You can do the same with your old brush, and swap the metal parts. Experiment on your old brush first. The entire process of swapping metal ends (if required) will only take a few minutes.

Definitely poor quality in absolute terms and especially compared to Electrolux products from the 1980s. Cheap plastic, thin metal, does not fit well and does not suck well (it sucks in a different way). I wish I could return it but return period has expired.
