E45 Dermatitis Cream 50 ml to Treat Symptoms of Dermatitis or Eczema – Relieve Itching and Reduce Inflammation and Redness - Anti-Inflammatory Eczema & Dermatitis Cream - Steroid Free

This cream is excellent value. I had a kind of reddish non itchy skin rash on my neck. I’m not sure about what caused it, perhaps an allergic reaction to a perfume or cosmetic cream. At first I didn’t give it importance as I thought it would go away on his own but after some days without improvements I started to look for a solution. Firstly I ordered EURAX cream at a price of £3 or so but unfortunately it didn’t work and instead of getting better the rash started to get worse and very red (see picture 1). After more than 20 days with my neck very red and in my desperation to get rid of the rash I found the E45 dermatitis cream, I was not sure if it would work but decided to order it and give it a go as I use body creams from the same brand E45 and they are good value. As other reviews said, the price of this cream may seem a bit expensive in comparison to other creams but actually it isn’t because it is a very effective product and it works so it is well spent money. The instructions say to keep it away from fire, not sure why and I really doubt this could cause any burns but just in case I followed the instructions. The texture of the cream is soft, easily absorbed, leaves the skin soft and it’s easy to apply. You only need a pea amount. It is very rare it could cause any side effects as this is a very gentle cream. After only 4 days applying it to the affected area (3 times a day, morning, afternoon and evening) the rash is gone, unbelievable result. I am extremely happy that I bought this cream and I highly recommend it. Delivery was quick on the same day and great service provided by Amazon delivery services. This stuff is good. Works on any type of skin dryness

This cream genuinely helped my skin heal like no other. I had a terrible flare up of eczema and acne on my face that lasted for months. My skin was really dry and broken - red bumps, white pustules, you name it. This cream cleared all of that in weeks. It's rich in texture, deeply moisturizing and really works. I'm not one to leave reviews but this one really deserves it. I only wish it was cheaper so that I can use it regularly. For bad flare-ups, this cream is definitely worth the money.

This cream has been such a relief for my sensitive skin. It calms down redness and itchiness quickly and feels really gentle when applied. The texture is smooth and absorbs well without leaving a greasy layer. I use it on flare-ups and dry patches, and it always helps restore comfort. I’ve tried other products, but I keep coming back to this one because it actually works. A real staple if you struggle with dermatitis or very dry, reactive skin.

I purchased this a while back after using it for a couple of months i first found it was making a slight difference but then it just didn’t make a difference at all and the redness and flakyness came back.
