Chapatis are perfect
This isn’t my first gluten free flour so I do know what I’m saying. This atta is great because it’s slightly sweet like regular wheat flour. In most gluten-free attas the dough is the most difficult to knead but in this one, it’s easy. I love Jiva gluten free atta too. They both can be compared as they are equally wonderful. Of course the technique also matters. You can add some oil or use warm water to knead. Best of luck.

Tastes good and preparations by these products comes out to be good.
Zero G products are one of the best gluten free products I have ever used . All the range of the Zero G products come out nicely after being cooked. Only one thing I hve been trying was bread. Somehow I wasnt successful in that preparation. Also, at times packet is leaking so giving 3 stars for packaging. Otherwise I give 5 stars to Zero G Products 👍

Far better compared to other gluten free flour brands
I've tried few gluten free flour products before but almost all were too hard to eat. This one solved my problem but I still have to apply normal flour a li'l while rolling the bread which is a case with every product I guess. Overall, this is a very good product in this product range.

Good alternative
Cakes and cookies turned out better than rotis. Or may be I need to practice more. Good product for people looking for gluten free flour, but don't expect the same result as wheat/maida roti. Great if 1 kg pack is available for purchase, I had to buy a multi pack.

Hard as sandpaper
not as a regular roti. this one turned to be as hard as a coarse sandpaper. if not consumed immediately and i literally mean as soon as it off the gas, you will get a hard sandpaper to eat. but then again one can argue that we do not know to make roti's.

Celiac alert!!! This is all you are looking for.
This product is like a blessing for all those celiac patients who had been missing the taste,...aahh the good old chapati taste. One must try if he / she has been fed up with every gluten free flour made ever. I tried it frst time with bhindi ki sabzi, and I had a teary eye , it was nostalgic having to taste something so similar to wheat. Packaging should be least for 2 only also, seeing the expiry side also...rest fine
