Men's Fremont 30 Waterproof Urban Cycling Commuter Backpack

This is a great pack! I use this bag for biking to and from work, and I am able to fit a change of clothes, my lunch, two gatorades, my laptop and charger, my bike lock, and there is still space! The first day of use, it rained my entire ride home and everything remained dry. There is no laptop sleeve within the backpack, so I recommend getting a laptop case like the Thule Gauntlet or similar to keep the laptop completely safe. I have had many bags, but this is by far the best overall bag I have ever owned. Highly recommended.Side note: If you are about 5foot 11inches or shorter, get the size medium, if you are taller than that get the size large. It is only related to the strap and shoulder placement, it has nothing to do with how much storage space you get in the bag.
