My son has pretty sensitive skin being a red head. He also has eczema. Little red, dry patches that appear here and there occasionally. I've tried many different options and this one here I always go back to. It is thick but not so much so where it feels like you're caked in lotion. There's no scent and it has never made his skin worse, which tends to happen sometimes when trying out new skin care.

I keep this in my operating room bag. We keep our operating rooms at 62 degrees F/(16 C), so my skin can become very dry. This works well, there is no scent which is good for the patients. I took away a star because it started to irritate my eczema on my legs when over applying. It proves very MINOR relief to itching.

This product is amazing. I was dealing with a very heavy rash on my back which seemed to be worse after showering. I wasn't sure if it was eczema or some sort of allergy, but I have eczema-prone dry skin and 0 allergies, so I tried this product. (I'm now almost convinced it was asteatotic eczema but who knows, it's just a self-diagnosis).I applied it 3 times a day in the first few days and I started noticing the difference after the very first application. After only 2-3 days, I reduced frequency to 2 times a day. My skin got so incredibly soft (according to my partner, my back hadn't been this soft in all the time he's known me). After another few days, I used it only after showering for a while, but I eventually stopped because the problem didn't return. I am now using Eucerin Advanced Repair lotion and saving this one for the next serious flare-up. It solved my problem so quickly, it really did seem like magic. A MUST-buy for anyone with eczema.There is a little bit of medicinal scent but it doesn't bother me at all. The cream is obviously very thick, which I normally don't enjoy, but that's absolutely what I needed in this case.
