does the job

As agent for the property owner it appeared that the intercom was not working. Ordered this item here with a quick delivery. Hired electrician to install this new one and he discovered that the circuit breaker had been turned off (no doubt by the tenant moving out)!! The Ai phone which exists works after breaker turn on by electrician.So I would recommend this item because it has been working for the past several tenant occupancies.
