This vitamin supplement is great! I was having issues with energy levels and feeling sluggish throughout the day. I was looking for a "do all" supplement that was loaded with hard to find vitamins. After the first day I saw a difference immediately and noticed my body responded well to the ingredients. This supplement is so good I do not need to take it everyday because it is jam packed with everything but it is easy to stomach with or without food. The pill size is on the larger side but is not hard to swallow (I do recommend taking with water). I am feeling more energetic all day and have noticed positive effects on my mental focus and clarity.

I recently started taking Geritol Multivitamin Supplement, and so far, I’m really liking it! I got it because I was feeling a bit low on energy and wanted something that could help support my overall health. After a few days, I’ve already noticed a slight boost in energy and mental clarity, nothing dramatic, but definitely a step in the right direction. The tablets are easy enough to take, and I haven’t experienced any stomach upset or weird aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate that it has a good balance of essential vitamins and iron, especially since I was looking for something to help fill nutritional gaps. Of course, it’s still early, so I’ll update my review once I’ve been on it a bit longer. But first impressions? So far, so good!

Good vitamin supplement. It makes a difference in the way you feel.

The pill version of this vitamin is not a suitable for Vegans, however the liquid vitamin does not have gelatin. I have felt nauseous but I can’t fully contribute that to taking this (pill version), but I’m not sure if it’s because of the gelatin or if it just upsets my stomach like meat tends to. My energy is so much better than it was (it was so bad I couldn’t get out of bed). My hair is healthier and thicker since adding this vitamin. I read where iron deficiency affects hair growth & when iron levels are depleted it causes your hair to be brittle amongst other factors. I cut bangs, and a month later they were grown out about 2 inches. I cut my hair in a bob and 2-3 days later it had to be cleaned up because it grew out of a clean blunt cut. I have to add that I have been taking hair vitamins for about a year, and that does ok, however my hair seemed to thicken up and now looks much healthier and heavier since the addition of this multivitamin. I plan on switching to the liquid version which I’m sure is gross but as far as the pill version, the taste, tastes like vitamins (no aftertaste) and the smell, well it smells like vitamins lol. I haven’t tested the baby in every bottle part, but seek out other reviews for testimonials lol. Overall I recommend.

I’ve been trying to conceive for soooooo long a full yet so tikTok led me to gertiol and let’s just say this is a baby at the end of the bottle. I started taking the supplements 12/15/2025 finished the bottle in January found out I was pregnant 2/28/26 just trust the process
