I like that it has smaller holes than another 5" deep catcher I have that is great too. However when used at the dishwasher outflow it would have more food hanging from it, which means more most likely go in drain line. I have a smaller version 3" size with the same hole size of ⅛ from a different company which when used at the dishwasher outflow it would overflow. with only food blocking it, with heavy water flow it would overflow. This does the trick, no overflow

This is a very heavy duty strainer basket, using it in a high volume big box maintenance mop sink have no issues. Looks like it will hold up for a very long time. Too heavy use it is made out of very thick material.
