I absolutely love the vent well package and the color is beautiful. I have not installed it yet since it's for a new home.

I have purchased Z line hoods before with no issues A very well made appliance hood. We purchased the black stainless it was more expensive but well worth it. If you want to save get regular stainless. Great suction , my neighbors have to smell my bacon, lol

This is not black. My new fridge is black stainless steel and it is charcoal black. This “black stainless” is dark brown. Now I have to pay $80 to hopefully get it powder coated because they want a 20% restocking fee and I have to pay shipping which would cost almost $60! That is $160 to return a brown hood vent they advertised as black. Not happy at all.

Unit is very loud and suction is not good at all

A bit loud and clunky. Good customer service though!
