Double your proficiency in one easy lesson.
I'm neither a neophyte nor marksman; but whatever level shooter you are your target acquisition time is cut in half; Or MORE with this product.Installation is dead simple, and once installed it blends so organically into the host gun one would think it was OEM from the gun's manufacturer.I'm so impressed with the execution and quality with this particular model "LG629" for the Glock 29-30 that I'm considering a Crimson Trace Lasergrip for my SP101 revolver.Overall; a VERY practical accessory/enhancement/training tool for your handgun.

Crimson Trace Lasergrip TOTALLY inproves accuracy!
I mounted this Lasergrip on a 1st Generation .45 cal Glock 60. The mounting is a little bit involved and you must be very careful to install the Lasergrip EXACTLY the way the instructions tell you to.This model of the Lasergrip fits over your existing Glock grips. If you have custom or speciality grips on your Glock you may need to replace the grips with the original grips that came with the gun.Basically, you slide the Lasergrip onto the Glock grip from the rear and seat the Lasergrip as instructed. There is a pin through the grip that you will replace with a pin provided for the Lasergrip. WARNING! When installing the pin use the tool provided with the Lasergrip. If the pin is difficult to install, make sure that the pin is properly lined up with the hole in the Lasergrip and tap the pin insertion tool lightly with a screwdriver handle until the pin is completely seated. If, however, you decide to get frustrated at your slow progress and decide to use a hammer, any kind of hammer, the pin may move out of alignment and wind up under the plastic where pounding the pin tool with your hammer may just shoot that pin into the plastic, cracking the Lasergrip and making it unusable. WARNING! Make sure that you install the batteries and perform a function test before installing the Lasergrip.Once the Lasergrip is installed you're all set to zero in the Lasergrip. I zeroed my Glock 30 by using a laser cartridge (a cartridge that emits a laser beam through the barrell) and had the pistol zeroed in in less than a minute. The next day at the range I was hitting nothing but bulls-eyes all the way out to 50 yards. Woo Hoo! Wherever that red dot sat is exactly where the bullet would go.Bottom Line, the Crimson Trace Lasergrip should vastly improve your accuracy once it is properly adjusted and will really help you hit your target in an emergency situation where you may not have the time to actually obtain a sight picture before shooting. With this Lasergrip you have pretty much made your Glock a true and accurate point-and-shoot weapon.

My favorite laser sites out there
My favorite laser sites out there. This was the second Lasergrip I have purchased. The first was for a compact Glock .40 I used to own. This one was a Christmas present to myself for my Glock 30. Nice and compact, no need for special holsters...etc. No on/off, just draw and it lights up. Easy to install and dial in and very bright. A perfect addition for your self-defense handgun.

Rocks up & down on G29 SF
The laser grip's form does not match the pistol. It installs easily, but then rocks back and forth on the single pin because there's a gap between the grip and the pistol handle. My unconventional fix was to place a small amount of JB Weld putty onto the gap locationnn, then install the laser grip and set overnight with Saran Wrap protecting the pistol and laser grip's surfaces. Next morning, just shaved off the extra (small) amount of what squeezed out and used a Sharpie to fully blacken it to match color. Very disappointed in Crimson Trace as a company for putting this out as is. Yes, they have a tough job, but my expectations go hand in hand with their $200+ price tag.

It fit perfect on my Gen 3
Even though this laser is designed for a Gen 3 Glock 30, It fit perfect on my Gen 3, Glock 21, which Crimson Trace does not make one for. I just had to replace the provided extended pin with a roll pin slightly longer. I have one of these lasers installed on my Glock 30, Gen 3 and it works fantastic, once its adjusted for the distance you prefer it holds the adjustment and works very well with the Blackhawk Holster.
