Great quality, value and fit!
I purchased this brace over others because of the added height option available. I have a long neck, and anything shorter would have been a waste of money. It took a couple of wears before it broke in, but it is quite comfortable and very supportive. Today is the longest amount of time I have worn it at about 6 hours straight now, and it is still comfortable after doing all of the Christmas decoration take-down I've been busy with. Great value, quality and fit!

Helps to alleviate pain
It's a neck brace. The thing is, if you need this, you're likely in a lot of pain and there's no real way to make you comfortable. So, taking into account the reality of this situation, I've had this brace for a while now. It is of very good quality. It is stiff, which is both uncomfortable, but necessarily uncomfortable. It needs to be stiff to stop my head from irritating my neck. So, It has helped to reduce the pain in my neck. So, due to the inherent discomfort of having to use this product gives it four stars I believe. If you have significant chronic neck pain, you're likely a little unhappy all the time. It's tough to deal with. The product itself is 5 stars. 1. Durable. I've now had it for years. 2. Stiff. Holds the head up effectively to reduce pressure on the neck. So, it's effective at reducing pain as well. It doesn't make the pain disappear. it helps significantly. 3. Shaped about as well as it could be considering it has to work for a wide range of people.

Foam colar that woorks.
Had neck cervical surgery and after having to use a "hard" cervicle colar moved to this product. Fits very well and provides the support I need. Good valuer.

Don’t stick your Neck out.
The brace is not comfortable to wear. It’s not comfortable at all. Its purpose is to support your neck muscles. The smiling personality in the picture is not required to wear the Cervical collar 4 medical reasons. Does this BRACE support conditions to alleviate neck pain, it lessens the situation which requires the brace. Healing will be slow and tiresome, the brace is a Tool, helping you recover, “A REAL PAIN IN THE NECK.” Delivery was painless though, arriving sooner than later. Good choice 4 me. Not too expensive also.

Still Great After 7 Years
I'm in my early 40s and I have cervical spine issues that cause pain in one of my arms and numbness in my hands if tilt my head forward for very long. It's still manageable as long as I don't look down for extended periods of time. Considering how much most of us look down at our phones these days, it's easy to loose track of how long we have actually been looking down at them. Then all of the sudden I realize I have overdone it when I get the unpleasant but familiar tingle in my left arm and hand which is the precursor to numbness and pain. I had no idea that I had any kind of spinal issues until roughly seven years ago when I started having severe pain in my left arm and hand. Eventually my doctor ordered an MRI and that's when I learned that the pain in my arm was originating in my cervical spine due to nerve impingement. Long story short, one thing I needed to do to help relieve the pain and numbness was keep my neck straight as often as possible. That's when I bought this collar. I've used this collar countless times over the past seven years. I wear it a lot around the house. Especially when I'm sitting at my desk working and when looking at my phone for extended periods. I also wear it on long car rides when riding with colleagues to the airport or to meetings. It's great for sleeping in vehicles or planes even if you don't have neck problems. The collar is firm and holds my head up great. Even after using it for so long it doesn't seem to have lost any rigidity that I can tell. It's comfortable and easy to clean. I steam it and wipe it down occasionally just to keep it fresh. I'm buying another one of these just to have an extra. I have tried other brands and they do not support nearly as well as this collar does.

Excellent thick neck brace works well
This is a very nice neck brace - support. I use it for stress and pain relief. This is a good thick brace and it took a couple nights to break it in but now it is really good. I purchased a black 4 inch size and it fits fine (I have a 17.5 inch neck.) I have slept in it and it provides good support and comfort throughout the night.

Helped lots with my sleep apnea
Supports my neck during sleep. Reduced my sleep apnea much more than a CPAP did.

Good but needs longer adjustment for big people
Not really for phat neck peoples but seems quality otherwise. 17.5" down to 15" is probably right. I can wear it but I can also feel my vessels attempting to get flow to my brain. I think a Velcro extension could work

The collar is very stiff and uncomfortable. It’s almost like wearing a plastic immobilizer. Though its width is of the correct size, the sponge is so hard. You get a pain in the neck if you wear this for some time. The width was the only reason I went in for this, the others being much wider, but the pain you endure by wearing this is just not worth the buy. Would have returned it if it was returnable.

Great material (cotton like comfort) and price. Very comfortable (as long as you don’t overtighten). Velcro is strong - and as a result very noisy if you have to adjust in the night so getting fit right before using for sleep is essential. For the 4” sizing was great for me - adult man, 16” neck. I bought the 3” collar for my mother who is short and she found it just right for her. You could measure your neck height and base your choice on that. The collar is easy to use with just one secure hook and loop (velcro type) fastening. Per title I use for sleep to prevent chin tuck and mouth breathing whilst sleeping - it’s been so effective (with mouth tape and CPAP). For maximum comfort I only tighten to the point I know my chin won’t open. I’m my case it’s so good I plan to leave my CPAP at home when I need to travel with work and vacation… best £9.99 spent in long time!

Great item but be sure that it fits because the customer service is extremely poor quality :(

I can't really give a good review for this neck brace because I think the problems I have with it are because I bought it too big?! Plus it is too high and keeps my neck at a painful angle. I have arthritis in my neck, and scoliosis and it was just too painful for those ailments. But, I do believe that may be because I bought the wrong size and the wrong type. Sorry I can't be more helpful!! :o(

Helps with the pain relief like it to be a little bit more softer.
