Does this work on a mini z?

As far as I understand a mini-z is a remote controlled car. This item is much too large. More for chain tensioner on a small dirt bike.

Is the inside hole diameter of the rollers 1/2 inch?

The hole size is actually 15mm or 0.5905512 inches .. Little bit larger than a half inch. If you're going to use a bolt I would stay with the metric size to get the proper fit.

Will this fit the Mountopz Coolster 125?

I have no idea. We purchased it to retro-fit a bike with a motor added. Sorry!
