YES
They work for menstrual cramps. I was in Vegas dying of cramps and walking around a lot. I slapped this sticker on my abdomen (without taking pain meds) and my cramps were gone. They do have a menthol scent to them but it is not strong. Besides, if i can have a cramp-free day for a few hours the scent isnt that terrible. Try this if youre dealing with cramps and aches during your cycle.

These bring relief!
These have really been a lifesaver for me. I know everyone is different, but in my personal experience this has been something to bring me relief. I suffer from severe menstrual cramping that can be debilitating, and while these don’t take the pain fully away, I am able to find relief from the debilitating pain, and I’ll take that. I especially like that I can travel with these, run errands, leave the house, and have them applied. There is a warming effect that mimics a heating pad. I have applied these on my back as well as abdomen. I also have used these when feeling really nauseous, applying higher up on my stomach, and that has helped bring nausea down as well. I have bought these 7 times now, and don’t plan to stop anytime soon.

My newest period essential!
Great menthol patch! I felt relief two minutes after putting one on. They definitely last 8 hours as long as you don’t sweat. I have a very active job and the adhesive doesn’t work through sweat. I have very sensitive skin, so it did make my skin red. But there was no irritation, and the redness was gone the next day. I smelled menthol on myself while wearing it, even though I was wearing perfume as well. My co worker told me she didn’t smell anything though. The only thing I would improve is the price. I’ve seen patches with a stronger concentration of menthol for a lesser price. Overall, I am so thankful that I discovered these! They’re one day delivery with prime. So easy to order and get quickly. And pain relief at the source.

Good value! And did work for me.
I was skeptical , but these actually do a solid job of minimizing cramping for an extended amount of time. I left on for 5-8hrs at a time. I would purchase again.

Price, smell, and doesn’t work that well.
I think these are overpriced, they were okay. I do feel like it was a change in the formula and I didn’t find them to be as effective. Pretty easy to put on and often stayed on w/o removing or crinkling. To me, I wear icy hot patches on my neck and shoulder a lot: I don’t really enjoy the smell of these in comparison. I was self conscious about it all day but I did help son, just don’t think it’s worth the significant increase in price.

THEY. WORK. 🥳
I was happy to find these natural menstrual patches. Using a heating pad at work is a pain because the cord gets caught under the rollers of my desk chair and, even though I've done the proceeding in desperate relief for pain, it doesn't look too great for co-workers coming into my office and seeing my pants open with a heating pad shoved down there. 😂 Anyway, I took the chance on these, hoping they would be a win, and they were. I tend to get nauseating cramps that radiate into my lower back and, sometimes, my lady region. When those cramps showed up the other day, I whipped out one of those patches. I tried it on my lower abdomen first. I started feeling the patch doing its thing within seconds. It took a few short minutes (maybe 5 or so) before I started noticing that my pain was alleviating. I was stoked that it was working! So, I slapped a second one on my lower back. It took a bit longer for me to feel my back pain alleviating but it did work, and they both worked well for for the near 12 hours I left them on for. The patches provide a cool sensation and an almost numbing effect on the immediate area. I love that they are easy to use, that they're easily wearable under clothing and stick well, that the product uses only natural ingredients/no toxic chemicals, that they work (and work well) for as long as they claim, saves me the hassle of working around a heating pad at my work desk, and that it keeps me from taking OTC pain aids. The only drawback for me is that there's only 5 patches to a package. That can get pretty pricy, especially if I use two at a time. Also, I will caution, be careful with how long you do leave them on because, after I took them off, I was a bit startled to see it had burned me. Thankfully, the burn was gone by the morning. I just won't leave them on as long. I'm very pleased overall and highly recommend! 🩷

Perfect!
So when i discovered these i was hesitant about the price but decided to give them a shot because i get such bad cramps because of ovarian cysts and then ive got a back injury and get migrains that can start in my back sometimes. Well these things make it so i can walk and work with my cramps. Not 100% no cramps, but near. Also when i feel a migrain starting in my neck or back i pop one of these on and they help for sure. They stick sooo very well to my abdomin for cramps and pretty good on my back, they stay on with light sweating, but will come off if you are sweating heavily. Taking them off the tummy can feel like a big bandaid. Take the warning and wait an hour before putting water on the area after removing because it burns and can cause redness. But i reccomend these. They werent available for a while and i was so sad but im so happy to see them available again!

Everything changed and now it's awful
I've been a long time user of these patches. I have horrible debilitating periods due to my fibroids and I lived on these patches to just get me thru. They stopped production for about 2-3 months and came back with whatever this is. The patch, the formula the adhesive, everything is different. The patch feels thinner n flimsier, the backing film is now cut up n makes it harder to remove it comes off in pieces not great when you're in pain, the adhesive now reacts to my skin n makes that area itchy a week later and I'm never allergic to anything so I don't know what that's about, the smell is horrific it had a menthol smell before like bengay, nothing crazy but now? It's so strong n just horrible and it doesn't seem to work as well. I've purchased several packs since the change in hopes that they were still figuring things out but no. Honestly I'm kind of angry about it because I relied on these so much and to see reviews say the company claims nothings changed? There's no way it's the same. It's sad whatever they did obviously affected some women the same as me n for an item that helped previously to change so much sigh 🤷♀️
