easy to use, intuitive for a senior like me, and small enough to fit on my limited countertop....and great price point. I highly recommend this unit.

Works fine but the safety function of having to press end even after cooking has ended in order to open the door is quite annoying. I also don't like how it beeps to let you know you haven't opened the door yet. It also is very loud when you open and close the door. Lastly when you look through the glass it looks old and dirty because the turntable unit below the glass is yellowed.

I loved the fact this matched my 3 other Frigidaire appliances. I read the instructions, removing the child lock deactivation instructions. Push and hold STOP button 3 seconds, then press Door button. I put my coffee in for 30 seconds to try it. Door stuck and the inside plastic of the door separated from the outer metal door. It wouldn't "pop" back in. Trued opening door a second time and it broke into pieces of plastic and springs. Heartbroken, I put it on my walker and threw it in the dumpster next to the old one I threw out 2 days prior. Was shipped this item in its original box, thank God I was home to immediately receive it and keep it from being snatched!! The seller got back to me within 48 hrs and totally refunded it. Got the Chefman with a door handle coming today, via USPS delivery.... nervous! USPS is a bit rough with their packages. 🙏 I would buy from this seller again... not their fault product door was defective. Read the other reviews...happened to others as well.

Leave it to Frididaire…tiny little micro with a tiny price tag. Great packaging, well made, quick delivery. A+, 5 star!

The color is black, the noise level is much quieter than my old one ,it was very easy to set up, all that needs to be done is to plug it in and read the instruction manual. The thing that I don't like is that there is no free time set options, and that isn't a problem with me, it's all pre timed. It fits the space I have perfectly This was a pre used model I purchased so far I've had no reason to return it and it is definitely a keeper. I'm very happy with the purchase at a price I can afford.

I'll start out by saying this is an okay microwave, but... there are a few buts. It's for a microwave not allo heavy and that's a problem. The door open button and the rest of the display panel are clunky, requiring a lot of pressure to open the microwave or enter time or a preset mode. Because of this, the whole unit slides around. Not good. Microwaves are a conveniece it and as such, should operate smoothly with little effort. My previosu microwave required a feather touch to set a time, start or stop, etc, and the door open latch was smooth, easy and didn't require an inordinate amout of pressure to get the door open. Feels like they used a clunky touchpad system to cut costs. The other issue is that a normal dinner palte won't fit through the opening without tilting it... this is a dumb design and engineering fail and simply shouldn't happen. On the bright side, it works and will heat up your food, but somebody needs to talk to the design and engineering crew.

Very compact microwave. Works well. Only complaint is the dark background on the numbers. It makes it hard to read. I like how you can just press the number and it will heat up for that amount of minutes.

C’était un cadeau et lors de l’achat une mention de bris léger à l’arrière et au bas avant était mentionné. Toutefois lors de l’ouverture de la boîte, c’est le bouton d’ouverture du micro-ondes qui est brisé et le rebord du côté droit. Il ne s’ouvre donc pas toujours et on doit refaire pression plusieurs fois et le déplacer pour l’ouvrir. À mon avis, il est trop endommagé pour le vendre.

The numbers are hard to see black on black but other than that it works well and nicely replaces my 20 year old microwave.

Only use micro for reheating and when cooking and baking and does a good job
