Hand Paddle, 22", Olive

I gave this as a gift to a family member who is as involved in kayak fishing as I am. Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but seeing others use it, we think it will work really well for moving the yak around docks and other tight maneuver areas. It is very solidly built. I don't think it could be broken if we wanted to. Only minor issue when ordering was that I wanted the orange version and that is what it showed in the image, but the description had "green" checked and that is the version of the item I got.

This tool has made life easy for me now because I fish around a lot of docks and the wind pulls me into them and I don't have reverse on my pedal kayak. Now I can easily back out of the area. I highly recommend this

This is a great paddle for fishing so you can secure your long oar and make small course corrections. Well made. Very nice!

Purchased for my son for Christmas. This is a good review because it has been used for about 6 months now. He has been kayaking with it several times & uses it to manually troll while he's fishing. He said he uses it more than the kayak paddles. Very much needed & worth its price!

I am using this primarily to make quick adjustments in orientation before casting my lures. So much easier that trying to fight with a long kayak paddle with one hand while casting with the other. I recommend it for anyone who does a lot of fishing from a paddle kayak.

What can I say that hasn't been said?. I own a pedal powered Perception Pescador Pilot 12. You can read about the features of the Hook and teeth and that their used for pushing off and pulling your self in to docks and trees and such but just using it as a paddle when you need quick adjustments and don't want to reach for the main paddle is an awesome thing. Especially when I'm launching from something like a shallow beach or boat ramp I can use this to push off until my kayak is fully floating and not damage my main paddle or until I reach water deep enough to drop my drive shaft. This thing is a time and paddle saver. Highly recommend this no matter what kind of kayak or canoe you use. I promise you will find times and uses for it. Once you have one you will wonder how you did with out.

Perfectly serves its function. A bit larger than I was perhaps expecting, but very high-quality construction and is perfect for small adjustments while on the water
