Leitner LH245 – Corded Office Phone Headset for Landline Phone – Corded Telephone Headset - Works with Virtually Every Desk Phone

New to the headset world. Needed something for my Zoom meetings. This item is wonderful! I've only used it 2-3 times since receiving but had multiple people tell me after our meetings how crisp and clear I sound. Customer service is great too! While searching for a dual ear headset with microphone that was noise cancelling, I was happy to find the Leitner model LH245XL plush. The microphone can be adjusted to sit on the left or right. The main attraction is the set of plush over the ear headphones which are the most comfortable ones that I have ever used. They are really soft to the touch and are comfortable to wear for many hours at a time. The molded head band is also smooth and doesn’t dig into your scalp. The customer service was really helpful because I was not sure how to adjust a little thing and the rep. stayed on the phone until the issue was solved. “Try it, you’ll like it!” I give this headset a big 5 out of 5 stars Good job Leitner! My voice doesn't carry well on most headsets, so when I saw praise for the microphone in the reviews, I gave this a shot. I sound great on this one! Incoming sound is also very clear/rich. It's the most substantial-feeling single-ear headset I've ever used; the overall build quality seems like it will last. Also ordered the Leitner Quick Disconnect to USB Connector Cord with Call Control, which works great in conjunction with the headset for calls from desktop. Superb incoming/outgoing fidelity is carried all the way through this multilink set-up. My only issue is the size of the headband - it doesn't reach to my other ear (or anywhere near it). It's not as snug as I would like, but it's still a decent fit.

I needed to find a compatible headset with my Mitel 6390 telephone to replace my Plantronics H Series Encore Pro that had a too low volume issue. Vista amplifier is not compatible with analog Mitel 6390 telephone series. I started to get complaints to speak up from some even though the volume to my headset was loud and clear. It is true that some customers on the other end forget to press the speaker button on their smart phones. Still, the client on the other end was not. Clients during the pandemic work from home, and if the WiFi/bandwidth was insufficient, contributing to the clarity sound issue, compromising it’s quality. I wanted to make sure I would be configured correctly, and that is the reason why from all available platforms I chose to use DSL landline. Even though I do have a good bandwidth, I still lose the Internet, and have to reboot the modem. The new modem is on standby for me to configure. After a long research on the Internet, I have chosen binaural Leitner headset with smaller ear pads. It proved to be right choice for me, I no longer hear the complaints to speak up from the other end. I do not need the amplifier, at least so far which elevates the clutter on my desk, and I can keep it organized. The packaging was great, shipment quick with an invitation to call customer service if I need to. I had a question about the inline mute button since Plantronics was not compatible with this headset but the inline button made by Smith Corona purchased with their headset phone worked, and so do the QD’s. Headset.com customer Service is great, they are so attentive that I received the call from them to make sure I am happy with my headset, and if they can help me with any configuration. Customer service representative sent me Leitner QD right away to try it out. I always have spare cords, QD’s, handsets, and headsets just in case because with the use they can become overused and cause static or other sound issues. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They should be the gold standard for all companies. Headset works great and is very comfortable. Highly recommend! They also send tootsie rolls with the order.

These work fine but I feel like the sound is not great and the earpads are not very soft and don't conform to your ear to keep the sound in better. One other problem is that the plastic covering over the headband has separated from the non earpiece side exposing the metal underneath. I wish that the earpiece could fold flat. I guess it is good that it has a warranty longer than most.

The headset fits nicely and is comfy but my Avaya phone needed an adapter harness. They sent it via two day at no charge and now it works great. And they included candy in the shipment!

So far so good. We just hooked up 8 of them in my office and I think the staff is really going to like these.
