Keter Delivery Box for Porch with Lockable Secure Storage Compartment to Keep Packages Safe, One Size, Brown

My husband had no problem putting it together. The instructions could use a little more clarity. But he put it together within an hour. This is one heavy, quality box. We both agree it is water proof & the size is large. I was surprised by how tall it was and how heavy the lid is. It is around 45 inches tall once the lid is on. I bought yellow permanent markers that would adhere to plastic and traced over the word "Packages" and it came out beautiful. See the picture. It also came with a little tiny sign that you place on the front of the box below the lid that states, For Deliveries-Lift Lid to Open & Hold. I was so happy to see that as I thought I would have to buy some sort of a custom sign with directions on how to use the box. I do agree with other reviewers that there should be some sort of a mechanism to keep the lid open while dropping packages. I don't know what happened with other reviewers saying they couldn't put this together and saw what one reviewer did with making a mistake of not putting in the small shelf first before the larger shelf, but I chalk it up to them not understanding the directions. My husband had no problem following the directions. I feel that you must be mechanically inclined to put together products and be able to understand what you need to do. My husband was taking his time and drinking coffee while he did this. Since I bought it though, it has gone up in price by around $20.00. It is heavy enough where if you don't put it together where you are going to place it, you will need a two wheeler hand dolly to move it, especially up or down stairs. I think it was worth it for the price I paid for it. I don't think it will fall over easily at all. We will put something heavy in the hidden floor under the floor and we will anchor it into cement so it goes no where. It does come with some small anchors. You can see the locking mechanism in the pictue. It seems good enough. I would try to put this in site of your home though for better security. We will put some foam at the bottom of the box, so that when boxes are put in it, they won't crash to the floor. Wish that the delivery came by UPS instead of USPS as this box was too big for the USPS truck & too big for the girl delivering it and the USPS is not trained or safety equipped to handle a box of this size so they should not have had to deliver this product to us. However with that said this will be a good box for USPS to use for small to medium boxes. All and All, we are happy with the purchase, quality & price.

😊 easy to put together. Location must be level for placement to keep the inner flaps working properly.Very happy with this product. One note the plastic waffles a little where they snap together.But other than that, it's a great product.And peace of mind for securing my packages

Assembled fairly easily the instructions aren’t great just pictures and you have to figure out if you have the piece going the right way, but I was able to figure it out and it wasn’t too difficult for me to put together and I usually get aggravated pretty quick while putting stuff together, so me saying this was semi easy to put together is saying something the quality of plastic is not that great would think it would be a more higher quality more heavy duty harder plastic. It’s not necessarily a thin cheap plastic but it’s not a thick strong, high quality plastic. Either somewhere in the middle some of the pieces were a little warped but since it’s been together, a couple days now and seems to be fixing itself and not as badly warped and I’m sure someone could get into this if they really wanted to , with not a whole lot of effort but works fo it's purpose and keeps your packages dry And safer than just having them out in the open Plus, this is the only package delivery box that I have seen where the driver wouldn’t have to put the lock on or put a combination in so I really like that feature that they can just open it put the package in and close it without having to put a code in or a lock on I have read some reviews where it says it leaks. We just got a lot of rain as you can see in the pictures I checked it and the inside of the box is dry given it's flaws I would still recommend it just given the feature that no other delivery boxes have where the package can just be placed in closed and it's secure without a lock having to be put on by the driver or a code only suggestions I would make is to either lower the price make it out of better quality, more heavy duty plastic, and have better instructions

I bought the “used - like new” option and it worked out well for me. There was a little bit of broken plastic on an inside part that was not structural and is covered by another piece. The parts bag was full, and had an inspection label on it. Nothing was missing, and it went together with no issues. I think it would be easier with two people but I put it together myself. It was an instant hit with the delivery people - had it full of mail, FedEx, ups, etc the same day we put it out. It’s been raining and snowing and everything stays dry. We are sharing it with the house next door (row houses) so we put both addresses on it with stickers. I wish it came with address numbers - but I had to order separately.

Easy to assemble, and good quality to keep our packages safe from the porch pirates. Only complaint is the sign “packages” is too discrete..our mail main and couriers don’t know what to do with it!

Good quality, easy assembly. I appreciate that there’s a hidden section at the bottom for you to fill with sand or stones to weigh it down. Mean you don’t have to bolt it to the ground (which is also an option) It would be nice if the door had a little click or something to keep it closed without a pad lock on it. Once you have a padlock on it stays perfectly closed. I’ve had no issues so far. FYI if you’re getting it shipped to Ireland. I had to pay customs on it which I was not expecting

I am very happy to have bought this. I added a note to my window with to instruct putting deliveries in the box and the delivery people are very good as they follow the instructions... some too well. I ordered a food delivery and the person put it in the box - DOH! 😂 Luckily there was no liquids. I have updated my instructions to only put none food deliveries in the box.
