These are nice glasses. They come in an attractive box and are perfect for gifting. The glasses are reasonably heavy. They serve their purpose. There is nothing special regarding the ice retention. The design is fun. I bought these whiskey glasses for my son. I chose them because of the chemistry design. He is a biochemical engineer. I’m sure that he gets a lot of use out of them. I recommend purchasing these whiskey glasses. In hindsight, I should have bought two boxes. There are only two glasses in each box.

My husband is a chemical engineer who loves to have the occasional glass of nice whiskey. These glasses were a perfect gift. They came packaged well in a nice sturdy box, and plenty of padding. They are very well done and look beautiful. Nice heavy (but not too heavy) glasses with very clear etching. Well worth the price and then-some!

I bought this for a Christmas gift and just opened it before wrapping. It looks great, but the box clearly states, “Glasses - set of two;” there is only one glass, however, which makes it look weird for a gift. On the other hand, I’m not sure there is room for a second glass in the box. Oh, well; i’m sure the chemists in my life will enjoy the one glass!

Wonderful selfish gift. Been drinking single malts since grad school in the 70s. Biophysicist and physiologist by training and have run stills & observed such in Scotland. Tickled my fancy because I have framed gas chromatography and Raman IR scans from major Japanese and Scottish products framed on a wall. The glasses are sturdy. The etched designs are not likely to degrade. I might have picked other compounds to include as decorations but have no complaints. Even the snark about EtOH - ""ethanol, booze, hootch, firewater, grog, spirits" seems OK after the first few sips. I hand wash so don't know how they stand up to a dishwasher. Packaging is far better than expected. Foam surrounds and top and bottom plates in a sturdy cardboard box. ---- Like this enough that I'm likely to purchase beer glasses and have already latched on to a set of Greenline ceramic coasters.

Arrived in perfect condition. This was a Xmas gift for my partner and they loved it! Highly recommend pairing with a DIY whiskey kit.

These glasses are classy and beautiful. They are etched, not painted and have a nice weight in your hand. I would definitely buy them again.

Nice item for someone with a bit of an organic chemistry background. Lots of different symbols around each glass and clear text. Good weight to them so perfect as an alternative to traditional whisky tasting glasses. Not had long enough to test wear and tear but will be hand washing and keeping away from the dish washer just in case.

Item is in a very good condition. I like the structural formulae printed on the glass.

Bought a pair of the Chemistry and the Constellations for a friend for Christmas. The quality of the glass feels very good, and the etching is very nicely done as well. They have a nice weight to them as well. Will be buying more in the future! :)
