I have never ever written a review on any products i have bought but i couldn't help my self with this product, the hay is nice and beautiful green smells wonderful and my rabbits love it not a single strand goes to waste, i have ordered hay off many other's my rabbits use to eat a few strands and the rest use to go to waste but like i said this hay is brilliant and the delivery was fast also, and not to mention the price and the amount you get is soo worth it, i have also ordered wood shaving off this company and just like the hay that aswel is worth every penny, thank you, il be back for more

Really good quality, fresh & green. Rabbits love it.

After ordering this several times over the last couple of years I’ve found it to be consistently good , buying sometimes two bales a month ,until the last few I had that had seemed to be damp through the bale and dusty , the first time it happened no questions asked it was replaced , unfortunately a few months later another bad bale arrived and my rabbits flatly refused to eat it I persevered for a while but getting further through the Bale the worse it got , there was no green hay just limp fousty smelling, dusty damp hay as seen in pic , I got in touch with them again and explained that I had to buy another bale from a company that delivers next day as my bunnies were miserable with no hay , the bale from the other company was amazing it was crisp and smelt lovely my rabbits dived straight in , i therefore politely requested a refund on the bad bale…. , I could not have been more disgusted by the response which was “you can’t have a refund simply because it didn’t look like the previous bales as no two bales are the same”! , I replied I’m fully aware of this but I expect it to be edible at least and not damp & dusty either and they weren’t touching it ! I was spoken to with complete dis regard and I felt my long customer relationship with this company meant absolutely nothing . I was very upset about this and because of this I sadly won’t be using this company again

I ordered this as my usual supply wasn’t going to be delivered in time- I was so happy to receive such fresh, great smelling hay! It was larger than I was expecting so this would easily last me 6 weeks. Not dusty at all and my guinea pigs loves it- they took to it almost immediately.

Judging by the other reviews, this box of hay is very hit or miss. The box I received was well packaged, dry and pretty green for meadow hay. The guinea pigs enjoy the taste of it and it makes great piles which they like to hide in. However, it is a bit dusty for my liking but the guinea pigs don’t seem to mind and it doesn’t make them sneeze, worth the price in my opinion. Not sure if I would risk buying it again and getting a bad batch, however if you get a good one it is definitely good!

Really nice hay ,smells lovely,my chucks love it ,and saves me from lugging a bale in my car etc.

My two guinea pigs love their hay being re-filled and this stuff is so fresh! Very good quality and worth the price.
