The bible is light and so can be snuck into a backpack on any trip. But the choice of paper, and size of font, makes reading the Bible very difficult, especially in poor light. At the price point, I would appreciate if the New Testament came with Psalms and Proverbs too. If all you need a Bible to carry everywhere that opens flat, and weighs only 100g, this is the cheapest ESV. The vest pocket ESV though smaller, is 4 times the cost, and is too small for regular use, and may only be a fancy pocket size Bible for decorative purposes. Review: As an outreach bible there are more affordable options for buying in bulk..BUT! the ESV is a a more literal, translation that falls on the word for word end of the translation spectrum while still being incredibly easy to read even for beginners. So for another buck and change you can provide people with a highly reliable and true translation, and you cannot put a price on getting the word of God right. For me the print is a little small, but anything under 11 point font is small for my aging eyes. If they made this with a slightly larger font, I would prefer to hand those out. God Bless! I ended up returning them. If I couldn’t read the text, no one that I’m hoping to reach is going to take the time

Exactly as described. Bought these to hand out as needed. Well worth it. Text is small, paper is cheaper, but honestly it is well enough done and worth having 5 or 10 with you at all times...
