I have an alterations business, and over the years have accumulated many fabric scraps. Decided to make some quilts for my kids, but the rotary cutter takes so long and uses up so many blades. This machine is AWESOME. Sets on my table (you don't have to hold it) and fabric glides through like butter. I had a different kind years ago that was like electric scissors that I wore out. But, that one cost upwards of about $100 and didn't even come close to the performance of this one. Very happy with this product.

I work at a fire hose company and we've been making koozie with the fire hose and cutting has been a hassle. We received this and got it set up, we had over 300 koozie's spit out in just minutes! Wish we'd bought this way sooner!!

It is heavy and somewhat uncomfortable to hold, is does not cut with great ability to turn curves and does not fit well in smaller hands. I have buyer's remorse and unfortunately, was past the return time when by the time the cutter was used. It is somewhat unsafe to use.
