No more unibrow!
Feels great! I’ve used it for my face so far and it really grips everything, even peach fuzz but it doesn’t hurt to pull off! Even better if you do it fresh out the shower, dry off and apply a light dusting of baby powder to where you’re going to wax. Didn’t have to pluck or rewax my eyebrows for about another month which is saying somethig because I have extremely bushy eyebrows.

Great product - Easy to use even for a Newbie!
This review is for: Satin Smooth Aloe Vera Pot Wax, 14 Ounce since there are a few different types of wax in this listing. I have never waxed my legs before. I go to a person for my face and was always frustrated with shaving my legs (so I rarely did it). I decided to give it a go and purchased this wax after reading the reviews. I have to say, it was super easy to use and I love the results!! Some tips though ... First of all this particular wax is NOT a hard wax (there is a hard wax in the listing, but this one is not), so be sure to buy strips to pull the wax up with. You will also need wooden sticks to spread it out with and something to melt the wax. Upon reading another review, I went with a candle warmer instead of the more expensive wax melter thingy. It worked perfectly! But you have to give the wax time to melt. I would say mine took about an hour to get to the right consistency. It will make your life so much easier if you just wait until it's a little thinner. It will spread much easier on your skin. If you are brand new to waxing your legs, I highly suggest laying down an old towel and be patient. It may get messy, but once you have the method down, it works perfectly. When you put the fabric strip over the wax, rub it down real good, getting the edges of the wax and everything. Run your knuckles over the whole strip 3 or 4 times to be sure it adheres well and the edges are really caught. I saw my wax lady do this and it really helps with getting all the edges up when you pull. Most likely you will have residual sticky stuff on your skin, something like GiGi's wax remover will help with that. My skin is so soft and smooth after using this! Normally I have leg stubble about half a day after shaving. It has now been a full 24 hours since I waxed and my legs are still so smooth. I am in love!

Great wax for medium to coarse hair, especially for brazilian.
This is my second time buying this exact wax - Honey wax with Vitamin E. I've been waxing myself for the past 3 years or so and I always lean more towards the fruit/cream waxes as it reduces hair growth over time and it suits my skin - doesn't leave me itchy 2 weeks post wax and hair growth is slower compared to when I use honey wax. For some reason, I couldn't find good cream waxes in USA, I tried GiGi but it was SOOOOO bad, it left with me bruises, it wouldn't come off in one go, and it was just messy. So after much research I went for this one, and I chose to go with Honey wax as my last experience with a cream wax was just horrible. This wax is great, it spreads nicely (as long as it's really warm), it comes off nicely in one go with the strips and it suits my skin. The hair growth after is decent, they don't come as quickly as I dreaded so thats great. AANNNDDDD most importantly this wax is good for brazilian, and let's all admit that is the most important thing cuz I will never give into shaving EVER especially down there!! One tin lasts me one wax session with just a tiny but left over, good for I guess one arm. You really don't need to use powder like the description says. Any residue comes off easily with any body oil. I haven't faced any spilling issues like some reviews have mentioned - their package was handled badly so the wax is spilling out or the cover of the tin is covered with wax. So that really is a delivery issue. The tin is full to the brim and it has to covering on top like a normal tin can does so maybe thats why it spills easily, and because it is full to the brim scraping off one side when you dip in is a little hard and does create a mess but you need to practice a little and it all goes great after. Will definitely recommend this honey wax, haven't tried others yet. Definitely better than GiGi FOR SUREEE!!!

Perfect for faces
I have been doing home waxing to the upper lip and eyebrows of my daughters and myself for years. This is by far my favorite wax for doing these areas! It removes only the hair (and not skin), while leaving the skin soft.

Great for eyebrow waxes! Little to no pain.
This is great for waxing facial hair! After countless eyebrow butcherings from the nail salon, I convinced myself that I will start waxing my own eyebrows. This wax warmed quickly in my wax warmer and wasn’t hot on my skin. The wax pulled nicely and there was no need for a cleanup strip. The pain was nearly non existent so I went ahead and waxed my upper lip. The only reason I gave the product give stars is due to how messy this wax can get. Upon opening, there is a huge glob that was hard to separate from the container. Also, when I picked up the wax, it was slightly messy. A little goes a long way so be careful to pick up thin amounts. I almost took off my eyelashes lol. Overall this will be my go to way when it’s time for my eyebrows to be maintained.

I've been a waxer for a few years now and have always stayed in the satin smooth brand because they're waxes are so good for my sensitive skin. I tried this one out and it's my new go to wax! It does have a fairly strong fragrance, but it's about as pain free as waxing goes! I hope they never change the formula or discontinue it!

Maybe this due to lack of experience with soft wax but this didn't work for me. I prepared both the hair and skin before waxing and on my first strip, it ripped the top layer of my skin clean off, even though I had put down powder first. This product is not for me, I'll be returning to the Babyliss hard wax.

I bought this hard wax in advance for when I ran out. Didn’t think to read it and upon opening it I realized it’s cream wax… product is good but product isn’t good when you have no strips for it.

I have been using this wax since 2018, and have used various types of their soft wax. I'm going to write this review aimed at beginner/novice DIY waxers. *For the advanced crowd: 100% recommend the soft wax, haven't tried the hard wax. FIRST THINGS FIRST: if you haven't watched *multiple* youtube vids on the basics of DIY waxing, as well as for the SPECIFIC body part(s) you intend to wax, or the difference between hard and soft wax, stop reading this and go do that. At home waxing is ***NOT*** something you should be figuring out as you go after you've already bought a product. Watch videos from different channels and find one that has solid instructions to prep your skin and hair pre-wax as well as post-wax care instructions, and very clear visuals and instructions on how to wax correctly. Make sure you have the correct tools and are using them correctly , as well as having the appropriate products. Seriously y'all, this shit is no joke; the reason people burn their skin has nothing to do with the wax itself, and everything to do with lack of knowledge and preparation. Most of the critical reviews and answered questions I've read about this product are coming from people who do not know how to wax correctly, don't understand the properties of the wax they're using, or don't know the difference between hard and soft wax (TEMPERATURE MATTERS YA'LL!). Lastly, actually read the NAME and DESCRIPTION on *the FRONT of each container*. All of the different waxes are NOT the same; they have a very clear description on what each one is specifically designed for (HAIR TYPE MATTERS Y'ALL!). As for my personal experience with this product: I have never received a gross looking/possibly used container. If that ever happens, I'll ask for a replacement and update this review to let you know it goes *pinky swear*. I'm a redhead with verrrry fine blonde body hair as well as facial hair, but dark coarser hair under my arms, bikini area, and brows. But my "coarse hair" is very different than people of a different genetic background than mine. For instance, my Italian boyfriend who is covered in dark, coarse hair, I would not use the wax I use for myself on him. I wanted a wax that was effective for all my various hair types rather than having to use different wax for different areas. I started out with the Satin Smooth Aloe Vera Wax with Vitamin E (that's the name as written on the front of the container). Description on the front of the container says that its ideal for fine to medium hair, contains aloe to help condition skin, for sensitive mature skin types, for all body parts. 8/10, it did the job, but I felt like it wasn't as great on my upper lip (in terms of getting a strong grip on all the fine hairs) as it was for my under arms and bikini, and it also left my upper lift with a sting-y feeling post-wax. Still, I used most of the container before ordering a new one. Since then I have been using (and have repurchased multiple times) the Satin Smooth Ultra Sensitive Zinc Oxide Wax (that's the name as written on the front of the container). Description on the front of the container says for fine hair removal, ideal for fine to medium hair, suited for delicate, blemish-prone skin, for facial and ultra-sensitive areas. And this stuff is *perfection* for me everywhere, face, underarms, and bikini. No more sting-y post wax feeling, and really is superior for waxing my very fine upper lip hair. One last note, I've seen people complaining about wax being stuck to the lid/very messy. Soft wax is, well, soft. It's going to go with gravity, so if your Amazon package was left sitting in a way that your wax container wasn't sitting upright, then give it a few hours to sit upright so that it will slide back down where it's supposed to be instead of on the lid. I hope this was helpful, and please remember to DO YOUR RESEARCH.
