Tama Superstar Classic 7-Piece Shell Pack - Mahogany Burst Lacquer

I did a significant amount of research before ordering this kit. I was looking to upgrade from a set I've played for about 7 or 8 years, and the step up in quality was immediately noticeable. The bass drum on this set sounds BEEEEEFY! I've never played on a kit where I can feel such a thud in my chest every time I thump the bass drum. The 3 mounted toms have a very rich, bright sound. The biggest surprise for me about this kit is the quality of the stock heads. I am normally one of those people that will immediately change stock heads when buying a new kit, but these are by far the best I've heard. I may leave them on for a bit before I swap them out. The setup process is fairly simple with the tom mount system. The only thing I didn't realize was that a snare stand wasn't included, but luckily I have multiple spares. I would absolutely recommend this kit to anyone on the fence, but I think the overwhelmingly positive reviews speak for themselves.

Amazing quality, well idk if that means much since my last set was a CB. But still, amazing, the heads are fine for a bit I'll eventually have to get new ones but all in all it's a really good set, although the color is a little bit lighter than in the picture but it's still really cool, and people who are reading this keep in mine this is hell pack so you do have to purchase separately the throne stands cymbols and a stand for your snare and a peddal

Great drums. Needs a cymbal stand to mount the small tom. Packaging gets 5 stars. Everything was easy to unwrap and only came in two boxes. Fed ex guy asked if I needed help setting it up. We had a great time and he's all I need. Just kidding; I need a seat, Snare stand, high hat, cow bell, double bass peddle, crash cymbal, crash symbal, ride cymbal, and crazy plush China splashing ching chow mein cymbal. So I spent $900 on the set and I'll spend $600 on the other stuff and for $1500 I've got the nicest set in my neighborhood. Don't settle for a set made of trash and not class. \-[ ^ _ ^ ]-/
