This is a great product not because it's from tried and tried Nature's Way, but because it's Alfalfa! We often need to eat stuff to keep our guts healthy n alfalfa is one of those things. Cured... CURED me of IBS, Spastic Colon and other gut issues some years ago. These help to boost my breastmilk supply. I exclusively pump and notice when my supply goes up or down from day to day. These seem to boost by 1-2 oz per day. I also know that they are actually getting into my system because my sweat smells like cows - hahaha not the best side effect, but it’s worth it to me for the boost in milk production. I take it with moringa from spring valley, and those are the only nursing supplements I am taking currently (I tried every single nursing supplement out there!) They seem to do great things for me!

Been taking two daily since May 2022. Because I heard that it would lower my cholesterol level. I’ve been boarder line high 200-239mg/dl for years. What a surprise! Total cholesterol level was lowered at least 20mg/dl. To normal levels! Less than 200mg/dl. What’s more cholesterol test was non fasting! If you have cholesterol level issues try taking Alfa max before your next test or deciding to go on cholesterol lowering medication. Everyone is different so results will vary.
