Well made and stay very cold.
Very good ice packs/heating pads. They are a few steps above the standard gel in plastic packs. They fold well around the effected area with good coverage and they stay cold for a long time.

Great for after hip surgery.
The large size was very helpful during the time after hip surgery when swelling in the leg took place. It was used in conjunction with a hip specific cold pack product. It folds up nicely for putting in the freezer.

Was the perfect size for my freezer. They stayed frozen for 20 minutes which was the perfect time for doing R.I.C.E. During my hip surgery recovery!
