Yes, this material fits 180 degrees without issues.

Q: Does this need to be glued on?

I've used a little silicone on my metal the slide it over. Pretty tight fitting.

Q: Can i use this outdoors? will uv damage it?

You cannot do that. You will need to angle cut for a 90 degree turn
