For some reason I can't reliably find farro at my local grocery store - luckily Amazon carries it. This is a nice basic farro. Definitely will rebuy when I run out!

Finally found it locally, but this was my first time to try Farro. It is a lot like rice but a heartier grain than even brown rice. It tastes great. It is easy to prepare, and it is better for you than most types of rice. Both my husband and I like it a lot.

Best tasting farro
To me, this is the best-tasting farro. It cooks really well (I learned to take the extra step of rinsing the farro before cooking) and I add a bay leaf to the boiling water and farro when cooking. I just wish this farro brand were easier to find in stores, and it is expensive. But oh so good!
