Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was not a side grinder fella but I have come to learn the usefulness of these tools. Went from plug in to battery and these disk are just nice. I even use them on some woodworking projects. Cut nice and I trust them.

Cut fast and last longer than provided ones from work.

I really like these newly designed cutting discs. Bosch did their homework and designed a great product. The disc cut through a trailer hitch lock that was frozen closed. The best locksmith in town wasn’t able to open the lock. I tried drilling the tumblers out and failed, but this cutting discs did the job in one minute or less.

Overall these work, but I have used some better ones. I think the giveaway is the big pattern in the fiberglass reinforcement. The squares are much bigger than the previous cutting wheels I had. My previous cutting wheels could be use a bit on an angle. These blow apart if you use them for anything but cutting, but they did do straight cuts just fine and seemed to last a reasonable amount of time. I probably would look for the ones I first purchased with a smaller fiberglass grid, but If I can't find them these will work.
