The seller does not care about your product
This is my second experience with Lodge Cast Iron Cookware. I had earlier purchased a skillet and had this one gifted to me. Any decent utensil company and their seller packs their product in a decent box with adequate padding. Lodge and this particular apprarently dont have the care of the product in mind or the courteosy towards the customer to pack their products. Like last time, this one came in a huge box wherein the product was flailing around as there was ZERO padding and no lodge packaging. And the fact that these are premium quality cookware, at least by price. I had remarked the same to Amazon last time too, but I suppose it takes time for them to learn. Also, it has a volume capacity of a little more than 500ml, but more putting more than 500ml is not advisable. Thanks!

Nice and cute but no lodge label is attached with the item.
Received it only today so yet to confirm for quality. It's cute and small and can be used for really small portions of cooking. I am mostly going to use it for storing cooked food as it will keep the food warm for longer time and the food can also be reheated directly on stove. What is worrisome is the fact that it has arrived without any paper label or tag of Lodge company which is normally the case with other Lodge cast iron vessels I have ordered in past. So I am a little bothered about it being an original product.

Bought this for my mum to use and to hoppers and other food - According to her it is brilliant. Works wonderfully on electric stoves...

If any malayalis looking for a decent appa chatti that is inductin compatible, then this is a good option. Pre seasoned and good quality.
