It's hard to write a bad review for this item. It is what it says it is - Vital Wheat Gluten. I will be using it to make bread. I was concerned because I couldn't find it anywhere locally but Amazon came through again.

Hard to find locally for my homemade breads
This item is not easily found in my local grocery stores, so nice to order it for my homemade breads. It's a larger quantity than I need, but it comes in a resealable package and I keep it in the frig to keep it fresh and extend its shelf life. Nice quality and works as intended.
