This hover ball can be kicked around safely and has flashing lights. Much fun was had with this and it even comes with a re-charger, so no annoying batteries 😀

Received and have been using for a few weeks now and have to say for the price paid what a great little toy. Purchased for my 15mo to play with and he's more engaged with this than some other toys that cost 10x as much. The multicolored LED's, the noise, and the way it moves like no other toy is very appealing to any toddler. He will spend a good 15-30 mins playing when usually nothing holds his attention more than a couple of minutes. Comes with a USB charging lead and charge time is 2-3hours. It has a running time of 30mins It is well made and seems of good solid construction. It's been shaken, hit and thrown about and still looks like new. All the electronics are encased so it seems pretty safe for the lower age group. From a parents point of view I do think this helps with crawling, developing an understanding of how to play a game with mum/dad (pushing it back and forth to each other), and also at the beginning problem solving ( baby has to work out it only floats if it's the right way up) All in all would definitely recommend and for this price I'd say just buy it. Can’t speak for durability or quality but has so far survived two boys smashing it around. Extremely noisy. Seems resilient. Light weight. Simple to use. Charges relatively quickly and battery seems to hold (lucky us). Loads of fun but loses the star for the noise and the concept only really lends itself to being booted off walls in your house.

came on time. Charged hover football for the 3 hours. Switched on after 3 hours, it started up right away. Although previous reviews say its noisy I found it not to be the case. A bit of a noise but nothing that you could not put up with. When you consider 2 super excited children or adults playing with this it would be drowned out with their eyells and screams of excitement when playing with this football. Seemed sturdy and well made too. Nice bright coloured lights too. Better on hardwood floors/tiles

The "ball" hovers only a fraction of an inch above the ground, so that it's not actually apparent that it's hovering. It will work properly only on a very smooth surface, ie a hard floor, where it behaves beautifully, spinning across the room from the gentlest nudge and changing direction when it bounces off obstacles. On a smooth carpet it will travel a bit when kicked or pushed, but it's not very exciting. The "ball" has a bumper all round it, which protects both the ball and your home, but the top and bottom surfaces are normal hard plastic - so I don't think it would last very long without breaking if thrown (as shown in a picture accompanying the product description) or kicked hard into the air (as shown in a picture on the box) unless this was done over a very soft surface. In short, probably a good toy for a toddler living in a house with a very smooth floor.
