Just Love Kimono Robe Bath Robes for Women

I was looking for a new robe after my husband noted that my current robe had seen better days. I was immediately drawn to this one, but the negatives had me searching for something else. After several hours, I came back to this one. So I decided to give it a try, free return if I didn't like it helped me to make this decision. Now to the critiques of this robe... First of all I am 5'4.5" and 147 lbs. the small size fit perfectly. Yes, the cut of the robe does have a strange opening at the bottom. That doesn't effect me too much as I always wear a long nightgown or leggings under the robe, but for some others it could be a drawback. The sleeves are long, yes, but on me not too much, they fall mid-hand, so I roll them up as needed, otherwise they keep my hands warm. The belt is shorter than my other robe, it still works for me, but that could be a drawback for some. I don't like polyester, but cotton robes are hard to find, I have a light rayon robe for summer, but I was looking for a warm winter one. Some people mentioned going up a size, but not if you wear a size 8, the small is the right size, I would be swimming in a medium even though that is recommended by the size chart, to go up a size more would not work at all. The positives... this robe is so soft and warm (I haven't washed it yet so I hope it stays this soft after washing) the color is very nice. The length is perfect on me, I thought it would be too long, but it falls right above my ankles, just what I wanted. The final verdict... One thing about this robe, I don't want to take it off, so sometimes I wear it all day (I work at home) not a bad thing until my husband asks me if I am ever going to get dressed! I would give it four stars because of the design flaws, but it arrived really fast with free shipping so I am adding a star for that. For my size and figure it worked just right. (edit to add...) I only had a couple stray threads and all the seams were completely sown. Since some people had unfinished seams I checked all of them out before putting it on. My robe was in excellent condition.

I ordered this robe to wear at the hospital when I have my baby. It arrived today and I am over the moon with joy! It is sooooo soft and comfortable!!! I like my robes on the bigger side so I ordered up in size. Yes the arms are long but that is one of my favorite features, I like my hands covered. This will be perfect to snuggle and nurse my new baby in. It will keep us both warm and cozy!!! I'm actually going to order a second one in a different color I like it so much!!! I normally am a size XL 12/14, but being 9 months pregnant and huge, I wanted it big so I got the 3X. It is big! I love it!!!

One of the few plus size robes I've ever ordered that are true to size, if not downright generous. I almost said "too large", but really what's too large are the sleeves. It seems the pattern was just upsized from a straight size measurement, while hips and arms do not grow with the same dimensions as someone gains weight... i.e., the sleeves are big enough to wear as pants, and about 12" too long! And the pockets are nearly past my knees (I'm 5'3") I can't part with it, though, it's so warm and soft, and it's like a blanket with sleeves. Very good quality, well made, and I'm planning to just cut the sleeves down, or maybe have my tailor do it. Seriously, it's like wearing the softest stuffed animal... Love it.

I love this! It is super soft and plush, and very comfortable for lounging around in. The arms are kind of long, but that isn't a big deal for me. I wouldn't go up a size in this, as the arms are already long and it fits a little baggy overall. I also love the bright color and the patterned detailing. I like that it is long enough that it hits below the knees.

Love this robe. I literally hadn't bought a new robe in years (my old one was kind of falling apart) but I had an upcoming hospital visit and needed a robe to walk around in. I bought this one and I'm glad I did. The color is pretty, the robe itself is extremely soft (my son loves hugging me in this robe because of how soft it is) and it definitely kept me warm as I walked around in a hospital gown. I now use it for whenever I get out of the shower or the tub. I have to hang it up after to dry out the water, but I would totally buy this robe again.

This robe is super duper soft. I love how soft it is. It's not really meant for straight - outta- the-shower-but it's really good for straight-outta-the-bed!! When you're freezing in the morning time, it's great. I love it. The sleeves are really long... Like REALLY REALLY long. For me it's great I'm super tall and that's usually something I can't find, and they almost annoy me sometimes. Other than that it's beautiful, no shedding, or weirdness. It's thick, soft and well made. I haven't washed it yet, though,ill get back to you.

Love this robe! It's a little larger than I was expecting, but I'm ok with this as it adds to the coziness. My favorite thing is that it's long enough in the arms. I have really long arms and I've never found a robe to even hit beyond my wrists. This robe envelopes my hands and it's glorious.

I chose this brand for my 13 year old daughter because there was an option for an XS and she’s petite. It’s a nice robe—I like the color and the feel of it, but it’s ginormous! I am a size medium to large, and it’s roomy on me! I’m wondering if these robes are actually one size fits all, and are mislabeled?
