I’ve taken these pills daily for a few months to help with regular bowel movements. I switched over from another brand that was sold out and these seemed to work great. However the last batch I received had a strong smell and was a different color than I was used to. I’m not sure what’s changed in the product but this new batch doesn’t seem to work as well and I may have to switch brands again

Alright so I have been taking this product for about five days. I typically take the product on the morning...two pills at one time with food. The pills are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I have noticed slight increase in energy and just overall wellbeing since I began taking these supplements. I think this product is a good value for the price and I like the fact that you get the benefits of both sea moss and burdock root. I intend for take them for a month and to reassess again at the end of this time to determine if I will continue to take them long term and will provide an update on the same.

Used for overall good heath results, but the product kept making my face break out in hives. I will just stick to the usual seamoss.

My brother recommended me these and it has been a huge game changer for me. I have really heavy periods to where I'll get my period twice a month. After taking these my period comes only once a month, and it's not as heavy as it usually would be. I've had heavy periods my entire life. Which left me so uncomfortable and embarrassed with incidents. Thyroid problems run on my mother side of the family, so I like that I can get thyroid support from them. I've always had a weak immune system my entire life. I've seen a huge improvement with my immunity health! I've seen overall changes in my health. I've recommended them to my mother to take and she's now taking them. Only thing I have an issue with the amount of capsules you get in one bottle. I wish it was at least 100 capsules for the price that it cost for 1 bottle. But overall I really love taken them and I'll continue to take them.
