Great product with no fillers I placed under my tongue or on top tastes great ) & feel more relaxed sometimes I do it in the afternoon or right before bed. It also lowers blood glucose. How do I know I check my glucose . I really like this product. I also mix it with the GABA powder. To get a synergetic affect & enhance my 😴 sleep 💤

I like the fact that this supplement comes in a a recyclable bag. The taste is not at all bad - a bit one the sweet side. Seems to be helping the situation I am taking it for.

Taste, well bitter. But if used correctly that's not a problem. Put into a capsule or like myself use oblate Disc.
