I was surprised by the quality
I bought this as a replacement for my Acer laptop internal webcam, which wasn't cutting it. Immediately you can tell the quality of the image is an improvement, and the light does a good job of illuminating the subject. There are 4 different settings: RGB and 3 different levels of white. I did notice two things: 1) the RGB setting is more for appearance than functionality, but that's fine, and 2) the instructions didn't mention how to access the different lights aside from installing AMCAP video driver, but you don't need a special driver. There's a light icon on the back that you tap to toggle through the different lights. It's easy and looks great! Plus, it includes a mini tripod and USB-A to USB-C adapter, which makes things even easier. Nice!

$$ doesn't always offer the goods, this was perfect
Doesn't disconnect, plug and play, no downloads needed, quality is great if you're looking for a non high quality (the color balance works really well for off shade make up covering a tattoo, it blurred it perfectly I couldn't even tell the match wasn't matching perfectly to my skin. Overall a great cheap alternative

It arrived a week earlier than promised.
The ad said plug and play. I, being a non techie, believed that would be so. Nothing is ever that easy unless you have full control and understanding of your electronics. If these people would put in a clear, fully detailed set of instructions....this would be a 9 out of 10. In my particular set up for my 'boat anchor' computer is the fact the monitor is quite a ways from the tower. The six foot cord was barely long enough to work for me. It does however include a small tripod which I used the first time, then after some trial and error I worked out at work around. The instructions could be detailed in a YouTube video and the website provided on the paperwork. Simple solution to installation instructions included with camera. It works well, the picture is clear and sharp, the price was excellent. I don't have one to compare it to so I am happy to have it for zoom meetings and other video conferencing.

Perfect for Streaming
Seems like any Twitch streamer can't get enough of RGB lights, and I'm no different. I like this little webcam, the tripod it comes with is actually really convenient and flexible. The web itself is able to stand up on its own if you need it to though. The quality is excellent. 2K at 30 FPS and 1080p at 60 fps. I did a test stream and everybody could see the noticeable improvement. The RGB lights are a nice touch, quite literally, because in order to turn on the LED and make things brighter you have to tap the back of the webcam on the right side. Pretty nifty, very easy to use. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

What's to See?
The camera was fine, but the mounting system wasn't the best for me.

Small but super (and makes me look great)!
My home office is set up such that the light comes in from behind me and fromo the side, so on Zoom my face is in shadow. When I set up this camera I thought that the small light couldn't possibly give enough illumination to make a difference - but it actually works perfectly as fill-in. And the colors give it a warmth that - to be honest - makes me look better than I actually do! It was USB plug-and-play, no problem with my Mac and works for Teams and Zoom, and the microphone works well also - which is key for me because when I use this on my secondary display and close my laptop, the laptop microphone doesn't function. Clips nicely to the display I also like that it has the slider to shut the aperture. All in all, really happy with it.

Horrible picture quality in all lighting conditions
I bought this camera as an alternative to the built-in FaceTIme camera on a mid-2017 MacBook Pro 15”. I have been unhappy with the built-in camera for the long time but it wasn’t a big deal. Now that I am using one daily for web conferences, I decided to get an external camera as an upgrade. Unfortunately, it was after the rush so Logitech cameras were sold out everywhere (and still are). After looking around for a week, I decided that this camera had good enough reviews and seemed like a decent option. I understand this is fairly cheap camera so I wasn’t expecting to be blown away. I received it and plugged it in. It was very easy to use since it supports UVC and requires no drivers. That’s where the positive things end. The picture quality is absolutely awful! 1) If you are in a room with even normal levels of ambient lighting, whites and grays will be completely over exposed & blown out. In my case, this results in my face being nothing but a white blob. 2) If you reduce the amount of light, everything switches to completely underexposed, dark, and noisy. There is no in-between. It’s either Completely overexposed or underexposed. 3) For my use, The wide angle is terrible. It is so wide that it shows the entire room behind me which isn’t exactly ideal for web meetings. There is no way to crop it unless you are using web conference software that has video cropping built-in. I tried to tweak the image settings via third-party software (ManyCam and OBS) but there is absolutely no hope. I will be returning this camera ASAP and make due with the built-in camera until I can get a Logitech C920, C930e, or Brio. It’s worth the wait and extra cost.

I use this to replace my really old webcam to talk to friends on Skype and Hangouts. Works pretty good even on low light without too much noise. I use the built in mic and it seems to be working pretty good. The colours on this webcam are more towards the white side and can be adjusted to your liking. No drivers are needed and it is just plug and play - which is great. Overall it is a good webcam but it would be better if it could focus better on close objects.

I do Zoom meetings on a daily basis, and this webcam is just awesome! I have been using it for 2 weeks, it works great. It is really easy to be placed on the top of my monitor, and it does not have a spring or clipper that you don't have to worry about aging or damaging your monitor. When I use it on a Zoom meeting, the video quality is there and it focuses on me really well. Definitely recommend. Keep it up.

For the money it is great. Picture is good. I bought it for a friend so that he and I can do business meetings. So I get to see the product in action. I have the model up from this that is double the price. The biggest different is sound quality. The microphone in the model up is much better. This one is good... like a decent lap top. The picture is good too. Mine is a bit sharper but it does not that big of a difference. So for everyday use this is great.
